I have shopped at the South Winston store several times and the employees are always helpful and friendly.

Everyone was extremely polite and helpful, especially for being Christmas Eve. I'm disabled, in an electric wheelchair and the nice lady supervising the self checkout helped me with my transaction. She literally completed the entire transaction for me, scanning my items and putting the money in for me and everything they do at the register. I didn't need the help, as I wouldn't have chosen self checkout if I couldn't handle it, but I was actually hurting pretty bad already and the help was greatly appreciated and a nice surprise.

I went to Lowe's on the 10th. Brian and Whitney helped me with buying a trailer. They were very professional and helped out in every way. I will be seeing Angie in the near future for my future project.

On the 11th and 12th, I went back and purchased tools for the future project. Everything was easy to find and was available.

This Lowe’s is the best. Ordered a washer and dryer for my new home. The Greensboro XTD center messed up the orderly, badly. Keith was able to get me the same washer and even delivered the product on his truck same day. Make sure you go inside this store. They will get you what you need. DO NOT get any items shipped to you from the Greensboro XTD center. You will regret it.

Lowe's is great for the DIY enthusiast and home improver. They carry an extensive range of items ranging from large appliance parts to the small pieces you need to finish the job. The staff are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Prices are competitive, and you can often find great deals in clearance sections. I recently refurbished a deck, and Lowe’s had all the supplies I needed for a fraction of the cost compared to my previous supplier. Highly recommended!

Helpful and pleasant staff. Happily helped with any of my questions, found items I needed, and even recommended things for home projects. Much better than any other Lowes experience I have had.

Great Staff and well stocked. I went in to get a couple receptacles and a new set of Ideal wire cutters/ strippers and a couple insulated screwdrivers and was asked by 3 associates if I was finding everything ok. A++

The 1st thing I noticed was the purple heart sign this morning. As I was going into the Lexington store made me smile. I'm ex military. I especially like lowes is selling craftman tools I always find what I need at lowes
