Passport process was really easy and Melissa was very kind and helpful. Process goes easiest if you have everything filled out and all required paperwork when you arrive for your appointment. Instructions are all available online. Currently, there is a month wait for an appointment at this location. Scheduling is all done online.

Employees here were genuinely caring about the service we recieved. Very pleased.

We went to this office today to renew my daughters passport and Ms Sherry is very helpful. Since I did not bring with me a check or a debit card she’s okay that i can return and give her my payment for the passports. Good thing we live close by.

Melissa was awesome! She greeted me with a friendly smile and provided fast, efficient service for renewing my passport! She had me right in and out in no time! Thanks Melissa!

Was having trouble getting through to make an appointment for a passport which the website states you must have beforehand. Called the post office, which was answered immediately by Marvin (hope I heard correctly) who stated he was the post master. He was extremely polite and helpful. He even sent her a message while I was on the phone with him with all my contact info and stated if I hadn't heard from her by tomorrow morning to call him back and he would handle it. I asked if there was a number to give him a commendation for all his help and he told me it wasn't necessary, he just wanted to make sure I recieved excellent customer service. Wish every company had more people like him!!!!!

Wonderful staff . Only wish gastonia police department would protect the employees in a federal building from the flag dragging dim wits that believe in Q but not common sense and science . But GPD either busy texting in their squad car or giving out bs tickets for tint on windows

Yeah so umm... I love this place. I live in Charlotte and all of our USPS’s suck! The people here are amazing and fun. They were a delight. The staff here should be teaching the greater Charlotte USPS.

I cannot remember the lady in the passport office's name, but she was wonderful! Kind, helpful, informative....my experience was amazing and speedy!

Mrs.Sara in the passport office is the sweetest lady ever very friendly and knowledgeable with information was a smooth and great experience coming to this office.

Everyone is very helpful here, & I'm usually in & out, even if there is a long line & i thought oh goodness this will take forever I have waited a good minute at times but it didn't take not nearly as long as I was thinking it was going to take

I go to my local post office a lot. I buy stamps, & money orders, & I mail my letters at my post office in Gastonia, NC.
