Was suppose to be be renting a home from this man. Me and my children and my boyfriend. We put in the application and he took our money for rent and deposit and said we could move in the first or second Friday in January it is now February the 11th when we confronted him about not answering phone calls he said the house had not passed inspection yet!! So why would you take our money ??? he won't return any phone calls and still has not given our rent money and deposit back do not recommend at all with be taking further notice if this doesn't bring it to his attention that this is very serious and not good for business as well.

He's a slumlord for SURE!!!! Won't fix anything. Won't return phone calls. Will put You in a dangerous house just for the MONEY!!!! I have black mold in my bedroom, leaking sink, none of the outlets work in the living room nor kitchen. There are holes in the floorboards. Our breaker box was sparking for about 2 weeks because he sent a man to do the electricity and he messed them up even more!!!! So now our power is off with no AC until he feels like doing something about it
