I got two speeding tickets in a very short span of time. They were both for 15+ mph over the limit. I was driving my car both times, but I have a CDL, so I was really worried about the possible outcome. Mr. Anderson was able to get one ticket dismissed and the other reduced to improper equipment. Also, Ashley was so nice and helpful with every I needed! She answered all of my questions and kept me informed. Definitely recommend Mr. Anderson!

Absolutely fantastic experience. My daughter had a ticket for 55 in a 40. Mr. Anderson was able to knock it down to an equipment violation with no points. Ashley in the office was my primary contact, and she was absolutely amazing. You don't ever want a speeding ticket, but if you get one there is no place better to go for help with it.

I received a speeding ticket (first one in NC) back in September, 2021. James Anderson and his team were quick to respond and help me get the ticket resolved into an improper equipment ticket. It was a straightforward process with minimal work on my end. 50 dollars for legal services paid via internet, and 250 for court costs in total. Never had to go to court, never had to leave the comfort of my home to pay fines. No impact on my insurance and nothing on my driving record was worth well over the entire cost of this process. 10/10 would use again, but hopefully won’t have to again. Best 300 dollars I ever spent. If you have a speeding ticket or other driving violation I would highly recommend their services.

When I received a speeding ticket I was unsure how to proceed as this was my first ticket in N. Carolina and was very concerned about how this ticket would affect my drivers license and driving record. After doing some research and receiving a number of communications in the mail from attorneys, I found the law office of James M. Anderson Jr. Mr. Anderson previously worked in the District Attorney's Office for the county where I received my ticket and I felt like this would be someone who could represent me very well. I called the office and spoke with their friendly staff who explained to me how they would represent me and what they felt the expected outcome of my case would be. After speaking with them, I felt very comfortable choosing them to represent me, and I did not even have to go to court. They took care of all of that for me and the outcome of my case was exactly what they said it would be. They were able to get my speeding ticket reduced to an improper equipment charge which would not affect my license. This is exactly what I was hoping for, and I was very happy with the results that the law office of James M. Anderson Jr. achieved for me. Not only did they meet all of my expectations, but better yet, they were able to give me piece of mind. Mr. Anderson's office was very helpful in getting my speeding ticket reduced to improper equipment. They only charged me $50 for their services and although I did have to pay $266 in court costs, I don't think that's very much more then the speeding ticket would have been and plus I don't have points added to my license. Overall I would definitely recommend their services.

We had gotten a speeding ticket in NC which could have resulted in points (and of course increased insurance rates). I contacted Mr Anderson's office and they handled everything efficiently including court date changes due to COVID. They kept me up-to-date with the process in near real time and saved me lots of time and aggravation. Highly recommended.

My son got ticket for driving after 9, with his provisional license, we received a multitude of solicitations from attorneys all over. I called several to price their service and to get a “feel” for our chances of getting this dropped because all over the internet it said it was unlikely. The first two said they’d “check and get back to me”. (Never heard from one and the other was the next day.) I knew immediately when calling Mr. Anderson HE was the ONE! Not only was I able to talk with him directly, he had a clear plan of action and knew the right course to get his ticket dropped. His price was also very reasonable, considering the amount our insurance would have gone up with a new driver with a ticket! It was such a relief knowing we were in good hands. He was able to get his ticket dropped. Since Covid put the courts behind, our case was moved many, many times....Ashley was phenomenal in keeping up with all the changes and keeping the lines of communication open through all of the changes. We are so thankful for them both!
