They are a bit rude and the employee does have a smart mouth. Also, the rent and application fees are much higher compared to other rental homes. Keep searching and you'll find better options.

It's been problem after problem with maintenance . I've been waiting for 3 weeks to have a tech come out. The home currently is a safety hazard with a large hole in the ceiling and exposed wiring and and we do not have any working lights down stairs.

READ BEFORE APPLYING!!! On 8/7 I applied for a property. They say it takes about 2-3 days to complete your employment verification, background, and credit check. This company uses a 3rd party to do income verification. Since I work for the state and we do everything in house- trueworks could not verify my income. The alternative was to send in 3 bank statements and 3 consecutive pay stubs. I submitted this within 20 mins of being asked to. Less than 1 hour later I received an email that stated “to prevent fraud, your application has been denied. This is to protect you against identity theft”. I forgot to mention that they didn’t even attempt to verify my spouse prior to denying us. Since they denied me without completing a proper check, I requested my application fee back (which was $100) and they basically have ignored me. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS LEASING COMPANY! They are very discriminatory and they will ignore you for weeks. I only gave 1 star to leave this review.

They assess fees based on arbitrary notices from your HOA without giving an opportunity to fix the issue first. Poor communication, although the second property manager we had was more responsive than the first. So glad we are moving soon. Never again.

I am not sure how this property management place is still even open.

If you are ready this please stay away! This has been a nightmare.

From Deborah to Roseann horrible! Just moved in this house and it has mice! I have called them on several occasions and they treat you like garbage. They have no care in the world for clients. We will be taking legal actions after this point!

Stay away from THIS COMPANY! You will not get anything resolved!

Sparrow properties out of Scottsdale Arizona is the worst. Their application is a complete nightmare. They charged me $125 for my first payment when i didn’t even know how to pay it. It was a holiday weekend and said I was late. Roseanne OGrady and Deb Berg we’re the rudest customer service people I’ve ever worked with. They stole $125 from me. Melissa Collins

This is a scam !! First they will go to your credit and lowered 29 pints for two years …. They will show you beautiful house and the fee application from many people and no one will get approved so don’t waste your time and money . ⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔⛔❌❌❌❌❌❌

Beware of this company they're thieves.When you leave the apartment in order they will still try to rob you for more money.Dont rent from these greedy out of town company.
