I have not been to the dentist in a while. Each person who helped me was so great! I was so grateful for Amber my dental hygienist, she was so sweet and gentle. Korey was very kind too. I hate I forgot the assistants name but she was super friendly as well!

This dentist office is definitely the best I’ve ever had! The dentists are extremely proficient and the entire staff is Friendly and all about making the patient feel comfortable and well cared for!! If you call and leave a message I am always called back in a timely manner which I really appreciate! They all really care about their patients and I highly recommend Riccobene

Everyone there was very nice and welcoming..very short wait time..great environment. Was the only dentist that would see my son on such short notice. And we both really appreciated them accommodating last minute like they did. Lovely place..highly recommend them.

Absolutely the best dentist office I’ve been to! The staff is very friendly, and in my opinion more organized than the other offices I’ve been to. I never have a problem getting an appointment that’s not several months out like other dentist offices I have visited.

I really ove and appreciate all the help they have given to me. They are the sweetest people that work there .They helped me every inch of the way in my journey to get my dentures. I don't think anywhere else would be as compassionate and as concerned as they are. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I love this place! The staff is so friendly and professional and know their jobs. My dentist is so friendly and makes me feel comfortable, I used to get so apprehensive when I used to go to my last place. Not here, they make me feel like family, highly recommend them!

I'm 42 years old and have been terrified of dentists all my life that I don't go to the dentist. I knew my teeth where breaking off in the back and I had to counter my fears. I'm so glad we recently moved to this area and was referred to Dr Garretson at Riccobene. It's no words that completely describes my experience from the front desk Tonya to the assistants up to Dr Garretson I have completely walk into Heaven. They was so professional and reassuring! I had 2 different extractions. The both times I had 3 teeth removed. First time I felt pain and the moment I told him he stopped immediately and gave me more medicine, I felt NOTHING after that!! I was like wow he cares! Robin his assistant was A-1 as well the duo team. Second time same thing, he was finished and I was still waiting for him to pull my teeth. They truly have changed my thoughts of dentists. EVERYONE should go here you definitely will not be disappointed, in pain or have anything to fear!!! Thank you again Riccobene 💖

Both Dr. Garetson and Lucy were amazing. Lucy was extremely thorough with my cleaning. Dr. Garetson was gentle so accommodating with my medical needs. I highly recommend this team at Riccobene Dentist in Clemmons.

Everyone was fantastic. Tracey and Dr. Garretson were beyond exceptional and Amber was the best hygienist I have ever seen. 10/10 would recommend.

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist office in my life. Today that changed, Amber was that best dental hygienist I have ever dealt with. She has a very sweet spirit about her. I will be back, along with the rest of my family.

Staff are kind and professional from the time you walk in until you leave. They are prompt with service, and they will ask that you reschedule if you’re not on time or early (early for new clients). I respect this, because it takes everyone’s time into account, including future clients. Amber is my hygienist and she absolutely rocks. She’s very sweet! She is gentle with service, explains everything that she’s doing and tries to keep a conversation going. I have recommended this place to several people already and will continue to do so!

First time at this dental facility. First impression was organized and clean lobby/waiting area. Receptionist asked for my name (no even a hello) and had me sign a variety of things. She was friendly just not overly friendly.
Short wait before I was taken back by a friendly young lady who took my X-rays. Then I was brought to a room where I met Rachel who cleaned my teeth.
Rachel is the absolute best. Super friendly and personable and did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She was particular to detail and did not rush. She treated me with respect and asked me several times if I was okay or if I needed anything. She was an absolute star with my first experience at this dental care facility.
Lastly the dentist checked my teeth over. He was friendly and used extreme care as he examined my teeth.
