I applied on line for a job and was not hearing from the recruiting dept. I stopped in to see and talk to the terminal manager Chris. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the position to me. The dialog was invaluable!! WAY BETTER than talking to a recruiter on the phone. This was 3 dimensional interaction.

The Kinston location took a shipment of washers and dryers for my store to the wrong location (accidents happen) but it took a week to get them re-delivered after I had to track them down by calling the company. They were on pallets (note: we don’t have a pallet jack) and driver would not bring them in. Instead, he had my employees unstack them, take them off the pallets and bring them in. Not sure if that is protocol but I’ve never had any other company do that. Overall, pretty disappointed with this service and if I had it my way, we wouldn’t get shipments from them.

Interviewed with the company for a part time position then was asked to come in for a clerical test. I was then emailed by a "background investigator" after they called my previous employers asking for my W2s and any 1099s I may have. Never have I been asked for such personal information. The woman who emailed me received an email and call back from me and didn't respond for 2 weeks. She then emailed me back in ALL CAPS asking for the information a second time. The entire process seemed backward, misleading and disappointing.

Rude and wouldn't recommend anyone you will get screwed

Drove over an hour to get to the terminal and they were closed. No hours of operations posted anywhere.
