Four65 Woodfire Bistro + Bar

Loved this place! They don't take reservations and it looked busy when we came to put our name on the list but the hostess said our table would be ready in 15-20 minutes and she was exactly right.
Some of the best cocktails I had during our stay was here. Salad and pizza were delicious and our server Joslyn was sweet. Highly recommend!

I came for the Gluten free pizza and Four65 did not disappoint.
I got 2 Prosciutto pizzas 1 with a gluten free crust with Mozzarella and 1 with a gluten free crust without Mozzarella making it gluten free and dairy free. The crust was perfect.
I would definitely recommend this spot if you have allergies and want a good pizza.

We had the best time at this amazing restaurant, we loved how aesthetically beautiful it looked from the awesome server to the delicious food, it was the best fig and honey pizza we’ve tried along with the Cajun shrimp salad and delicious wine, we are so excited to come back and visit again!! 😍🍕🤌🥂

Our first lunch in Highlands, NC and it was delicious! Service was great and it's a cute little place with inside and outside seating. Brussels and Bacon (pancetta) pizza is over the top incredible! Adding the shrimp to the Wood Oven Caesar salad is a must.

We just dropped in for a quick app and a few drinks at the bar. The cheeseboard was great. Multiple people around us proceeded to get cheese boards/charcuterie after seeing ours. But! Donald's bar service was incredible! The guy is handling the whole restaurant and the bar patrons without missing a beat on specialty cocktails and complex orders. Drinks were perfect and sitting at the bar was so entertaining watching him sling drinks. We're visiting from Asheville and will certaibly be back to four65.

We picked up a to go order of a kids pepperoni pizza, Brussels pizza, Greek salad, and Caesar salad. Service was amazing and when we asked for utensils bc we were having a picnic, the host gave us everything we needed, including plates. Everything was so tasty and fresh! The Caesar didn’t have blistered tomatoes or fire roasted Tuscan kale but we didn’t care bc it was still amazing! We just loved everything!

Absolutely our favorite repeat spot in Highlands, hands down. Visited this time to celebrate my dad’s birthday. The manager was our bartender last year, and made the most incredible blackberry margaritas. He jumped behind the bar for us and whipped up several rounds, and between the drinks, the pizzas, the charcuterie and the desserts, we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate. Super friendly staff and as already described, the manager is one of a kind. Check out Four65, I promise you won’t regret it.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for the area. Brussels and Bacon pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. So good I almost ate all of it before taking a picture. Wood-fired Cesar salad was very tasty.

We had a great time at Four65! We had a little snafu with our table but the staff was quick to respond and resolved the situation with grace and kindness.

The food was delicious! I loved the margherita and my husband enjoyed the prosciutto. The unexpected winner for us both was the pistachio lemon cheesecake! What a treat and great to share. Overall highly recommend for a date spot.

Had a great dinner experience! Beer selection is good, drinks were great, and atmosphere was excellent. Food was really good but not quite the best brick oven I've had. Excellent options and the toppings were really good. Long story short not the best pizza you will ever have but a fantastic choice overall. My wife is gluten free and they can make any pie gluten free!

We wrapped up the lunch with an affagoto which was amazing!!!! So amazing, we returned after dinner for a second one. We also grabbed a brownie this time and oh my. Both were incredible!!

Definitely stop in and enjoy a meal. They are always busy so come before you plan on eating so you can walk around while you wait (they will text you).

My husband and ordered the caesar salad and greek salad and both were excellent!! Lettuce was not wilted or old. Definitely added their own firewood flavor which made it unique. I ordered their fire we grilled cheese on sourdough and was pleasantly surprised! My husband ordered the Mountain Fungi and the Margarita pizza (it’s a lot, but it’s vacation!) I was not impressed with the Margarita, however if you like mushrooms you will love the Mountain Fungi. Per my husband it was the most flavorful mushroom pizza he had ever had.

There is a total of 2 restrooms. Restrooms were clean, tidy, and gender neutral with one stall in each one for privacy. Plenty of space.

Their drink menu looked wonderful! Unfortunately I cannot partake in drinking because I am pregnant, but if you enjoy casual drinks this looks like this place to go.

Even though I was not a fan of the Margarita pizza, the experience and food was excellent. Typically I do not like eating at same place twice while on vacation, however out of all the restaurants we’ve tried in Highlands, NC this is the only one I would come back to for a second time.

They do not have private parking, but the town is small and it’s very easy to find parking on the street beside/ very close the restaurant.

Wow. That’s all I can think to describe this amazing place. Everything was amazing. The food, the drinks, the service. The Moscow mule was amazing. Kudos to the bartender. Wow to everything. Thank you Rebecca and Mitch for a wonderful experience. Oh

The food at Four65 is consistently good and their rotating selection of drafts is excellent along with the wine and specialty bar. The Greek salad has fresh crispy vegetables and is a generous portion. Recently we had Polpette which is three large meatballs with delicious sauce and burrata — definitely give it a try. Tip: If you ask they will leave the pizzas in a little longer for a crispier crust. Update: they now regularly have the meatball sub which has three large meatballs, marinara, & cheese on amazing bread.

We stopped in to have lunch and it was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The atmosphere was upbeat and inviting. The food was great, piping hot, fresh, and yummy. A bite pricey but the area its appropriate.

We absolutely loved this restaurant during our visit to Highlands! As a matter of fact, we came two nights in the row and the food was excellent both times. Highly recommend sharing the Greek salad and Brussels and bacon pizza!

I absolutely loved this place! I visited the day after New Years Eve. The place was packed so we sat at the bar. The service was friendly and fast. I had the forest fungi pizza. I am very picky about pizza dough, and I think this dough was perfect texture, cooked just right. I would definitely visit again when I come to the Highlands.

In 2022, we ordered a prosciutto pizza with honey to share and 3 extraordinary half salads artfully presented in a pottery bowl. In 2023 , I returned to try their soup. Incredible flavors with a fresh slice of foccacia bread. Oh 😋 yes!
Four65 does not disappoint and if you like lunch after 2 pm they are open.

Great place to go for lunch or dinner. Great atmosphere that is very clean.
Food is fantastic! I always order the pizza and sometimes an appetizer and its consistency delicious.

Good for casual with kids, or dressed up a bit too. Good date night place thats relaxing.

The best Brick oven pizza around. So flavorful and cooked to perfection. You could split one as a couple however we like leftovers so we ordered the Napoletana which was olive oil based and a meat lovers which is tomato sauce based. They have soups and salads and few other things besides pizza. They wait staff is very friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. 100% recommend this place!😊👍
