I have been having issues with stability and knee pain. I received very good customer service and have nice active Brooks shoes with a good arch insert. I was very impressed by the difference in my shoes. I will definitely be back for my next pair.

My mom used to take my sister and me to this store every year for new sneakers. Now I bring my boys every fall for new sneakers. Same people, same great professional service. I would recommend this place for quality fittings and shoes.

After buying a pair of shoes here, I will definitely never go back to a box store. The customer service is unlike anything you will find elsewhere and the owner is one of the friendliest, most helpful people you will meet. I spend a fair amount of time in my feet in concrete floors, so I bought a pair of Brooks. I will be back soon.

Wonderful experience. Knew just how to fit my "difficult to fit" feet. Excellent inventory and selection of high end products. This is service like you won't find in a big box store.

My initial review wasn't favorable, but after my initial appointment for diabetic shoes, I can see why it took so long. I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because they took the time to make sure I was well taken care of and explain the entire process with insurance and ordering the shoes. There was a wide variety of shoes to choose from and I'm with the overall process.

Such a great experience after shopping at chain stores for years! I stopped in for a quick fitting as I started a job that has me on my feet for 12 hours a day. The gentleman there was kind, patient, and friendly, and did not pressure me to make a sale. The shoes I had selected were slightly out of budget, but I will certainly be back to make a purchase before the end of the month!

Great place!!! Owners are so knowledgeable when it comes to fitting shoes. I take the elderly gentleman there every 2 years who is unstable and walks with a cane. We just visited today. Also, they have a charity organization where you can donate your old shoes and they take them to Africa where they are much needed.

The McLellands are a great family business. They carry quality shoes for every age. They personally fit their shoes for each person and keep a computer record of all their sales including brand and size. We have been going there since our children were little and we highly recommend them.

I love this shoe store. People are very helpful. They make you feel welcome. They do everything they can to make you happy and make sure your shoes fit just right. Very knowledgeable about the shoes and all the products they sell.

I have been struggling to find a pair of extra wide shoes for my son. This is the only place I have been able to find them in stock, they carry extra wide shoes from children's to adults. I like that I can also order different styles of extra wide shoes through McClelland Shoes. I found out today that once you have purchased 12 pairs you get the next pair free! This is my first stop for shoes from now on.

Rusty is awesome, everyone else seemed very knowledgeable and kind just from listening to the chatter between all the people that were there. All in all I had no idea what size I need length width or anything, Rusty got it done and cushions changed out and ins done in about 45 minutes. I'll definitely be back.

Best place in town to buy shoes! Every time I go in, they blow me away with their customer service, and with their knowledge of everything foot-related. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends.
