Great place and wonderful food! Don Leon is definitely a character and has got to be one of the most kindest people I’ve ever met. 10/10 Recommend!

What a fabulous experience! We were greeted by Susan with her high energy and welcoming warm personality. We dined outside with delicious clam chowder and rubens. Both were so delicious and you could tell made with much love. Aside from the food, the owner Don Leon came outside and visited with us for quite some time which is something that never happens these days. What an incredible couple they both are, and we immediately fell in love with them and their wonderful personalities. We look so forward to dinning and visiting with them both again. Thank you both for making our Halloween so much better that day.

The food is delicious and their prices are fair. You won't find better lunch for your money in Highlands than Don Leon's.

Excellent Lunch spot with a wide ranging menu. I can't wait to get back and try some other items. The Gyro and Rueben sandwich were first up for us and both are 5 star items.
I like their system also. You order at the cash register and then they bring out your food. A great location with plenty of parking.

We eat year 2-3 times a week. The staff is extremely kind and always talkative. The food is delicious. Best lunch spot in town!

Don Leon’s has fabulous food and a chill atmosphere!

I used to eat at Don Leon’s many years ago. We were so happy to find Don and Susan have returned………with the same menu from all those years ago. And the food is just as good as before. Our table had the Italian sausage sandwich, the chicken gyro and fish and chips……..and all were excellent. We look forward to going there again……tomorrow!

Mishbocha from Florida loves your new restaurant. Susan is radiant in her fantastic glasses and fedora. The Don loves everyone and shows it. Word of advice, don't piss him off. Food is like old times good. French fries are a guilty pleasure. The creativity is wonderful. Go enjoy and you will not be sorry. Jan n Mel Cohen

Everything I order is perfect!
The Gumbo is delicious as is the Cobb salad.

Enjoyed a Reuben with house made french fries! Nice atmosphere and Don is quite the entertainer... highly recommend for lunch when in Highlands!
