We had a very positive experience with the realtor from this company - Thomas Gordola. We are now enjoying our dream home here in Concord, NC. Tom has been wonderful and knowledgeable throughout the process. He walked us through the process from house hunting until the closing day! He communicated with me, the broker and seller 's agent regularly ensuring that everything is on the right track. He even provided me list of things that we would be needing like home inspection, utilities, home insurance, movers, etc. which made it easier!

*Change in review- I’m having a problem with a contract through one of the agents at this agency and Rosina has been very helpful in rectifying it. She is professional and attentive and I greatly appreciate her assistance. You can tell she cares about the integrity and reputation of the work she does. I’m hoping we can get this resolved quickly so I can go on to sell my property by the closing date.

Rosa is absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers who knew essentially nothing about the process of buying a home; Rosa explained everything and was so patient with us and all of our questions. I have to say as a first time home-buyer, I was nervous that the process was going to be overly complicated. Rosina made the whole process easy and less stressful. She was very quick when it came to getting/giving information. To top it all off, she is very honest and doesn't dance around any questions or concerns, she is a straight shooter.
