Best gym ever!!

Koko FitClub is not like any other gym because it purely designed to you and your fitness goals. The workouts are enjoyable, effective and always different to meet your needs. The staff are very friendly and you always feel very welcome there.

I strongly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to loose weight/tone up because I know you will get the results you are looking for while enjoying it.

I've been working out at Koko for about three months and am really loving it! I started working out to lose weight and become stronger, and I thought it would be a chore. Happily, I've found the Koko strength training workouts to be both enjoyable and effective. After about a month, I began noticing a nice strength gain, and this has been a big help at work. I'm slowly and steadily losing fat and gaining lean muscle and am starting to feel better about my body image. I really like Koko's focus on long-term fitness and building lean muscle mass through exercise and good nutrition.

Koko has been a wonderful experience for me. I am constantly trying to get that perfect workout and pushing myself harder than I would if I were working out at home or at a typical gym. The custom workouts don't get boring since they are constantly changing and adapting to my overall performance. The staff are so encouraging! I highly recommend Koko to anyone and everyone--no matter if you're a triathlete or a couch potato.

I recently joined KoKo FitClub and have had nothing but a positive experience. This club is great for any fitness level and is not your typical gym. The technology is amazing and offers various options depending on your fitness goals. Mostly, this is the perfect gym for anyone who feels like they can't squeeze one more thing into their week. You can be in and out of there in 45 minutes with a great workout.

I have been a member of Koko FitClub since 2013. This is the longest I have stuck with an exercise program. The workouts are varied and challenging. I like the fact that I can get a good workout in less than one hour! This program actually measures your strength. Mine has increased over 30% since I started. I call that SUCCESS! Thanks, Koko.

This is the best gym that I have ever joined. I enjoy working out more than ever. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel like family. Being greeted by name is what makes you look forward to seeing them. They help you to make sure your form is where it needs to be. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something different other than a crowded gym where no one knows your name and they don't care whether you come or not. Another great thing about koko fit club is you get a complete workout in under an hour. So no excuses and no explanations. Join today! Your new life begins now!

It’s officially, I’m a Koko Nut!! I have never been one to work out, but Koko has changed that for me. I have gone from a couch potato to working out at least five times a week; I can’t wait to get to the gym. It is quick, effective and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I joined Koko in April and since then I have run four 5K’s, one 8K, one 10K and I’m currently training for a ½ marathon. Thanks Koko, I could not have done it without you!

I have been going to Koko since February. I started slow, but have since made it a point to go in for a strength workout (30 minutes) three times a week and a cardio workout (15 minutes) 3-4 times a week. On my way to the grocery store one day, I noticed I had tennis shoes on, so I stopped in for a 15 minute cardio workout. It is easy to fit into most any day's schedule. It has been like having a personal trainer that does not judge, always has a different workout ready, and tracks my progress. And best of all, does not get mad at me or charge me extra when I change my workout from 9am to 4:10pm at the last minute. I feel like I am doing something good for my heart and my mental state. It is also kind of nice that my pants fit better too!

The concept behind Koko is genius! The hardest part for me—a busy, severely out of shape, small business owner and mother of two young girls with very little time for vanity (read: fancy workout clothes)—was walking in through the door for the first time. Not only am I comfortable wearing my 1990's workout attire at Koko, but I've also felt immensely supported as I have worked through my RA flare-ups during my first month of exercise. Now, three months after walking in that door, I'm feeling a hundred times healthier... I've been converted into a KokoNut aka "a regular exerciser".

I have been actively working out most of my life. I have joined various gyms around the country as my job has had me moving quite a bit. In addition, I was also a physical conditioning instructor in college -- although one would not guess that now! Working in a sedentary career most of the past decade plus has certainly taken a toll on me physically, and just finding the motivation to go to the gym has been very difficult. Koko FitClub has helped in so many ways: every staff member has been an absolute joyful combination of nice, courteous, knowledgeable and nonjudgemental; the facilities are immaculate and the workouts are ideal. While it is possible to go online and preview future workouts, I particularly like the idea of not knowing what exercise is coming next and the impact of the "pace bars" on both timing and form (while the pace bar cannot force good form, the fact of focusing upon the pace bar motivates me to do the entire exercise as correctly as possible). Other nice additions to add to the motivation to show up include on site and online support, different colors of jump drive holders as you progress and accumulate points, based upon number of and performance during workouts, and the very flexible hours. As an experienced "gym rat," I can fairly state that no gym is perfect and some types of exercises and intensities are missing from the Koko Fit regime (or at least I have not progressed to them yet); however, it seems to be an extremely sound exercise program, based upon solid exercise principles, and I would unequivocally state that the program deserves a serious look from anyone looking to get into better shape and/or make a life style change for the better -- at least as an ideal part of a sound cross training program.

Koko Fit club is the perfect place to work out. It's digitalized and is a no. brainer way to work out. I come in at the end of my day, plug in my key, and do the program. Since it is digital, the workouts and weights are figured out for you based on your individual goals and needs. I started with the 30 day for $30 and haven't looked back.

Koko digital training is an awesome way to get a personalized yet private workout plan. The trainers rock and the website allows you to track your progress. All the perks of a bigger gym without the crowds or the hassles.

I love KoKo! I've been an member for about 1 1/2 years. KoKo keeps me motivated, focused and on track to reach my goals!! It takes the guess work out of workouts. I've been a member at many other gyms and love how it feels like your working out at your own home with a personal trainer! The staff - incredibly helpful and friendly!
Love this place!

I have been a member for two years. I love the flexibility of hours and the ability to access the club outside of the "staffed" hours. The personalized, pre-programmed workouts let me plug in my key fob and the machine takes it from there. No tracking my progress or weights, the key fob takes care of all that. When you finish your workout the machine provides an overview of that workout (calories burned, pounds lifted, etc.) You can also go online at anytime and see your workout results and trends, as well as what exercises will be part of your next weight session. Some days I just do the weights, so I am in and out in under 40 minutes and some days I add on the cardio and am still finished in under an hour.

If you don't have time to workout - KoKo FitClub is for you!

The best gym that I have ever used. With time constraints that I face this is the perfect work out for me. In 45 minutes I get a 30 minute full body work out and a 15 min cardio interval session. In the 6 weeks that I have been going on a regular basis, I have gained 20% in strength and lost roughly 2% in my BMI. You get to choose you program that is best suited to your skill level as well as your personal goal fitness goal, weather it is to build muscle, loose weight, or sustain your current fitness level. If you are thinking about getting back in to working out.. Stop by and talk to their friendly staff, who are always willing to help!

I don't know how many times I walked by the KOKO Fitclub @ Stonehenge...wondering to myself just what kind of club it was and what could possibly be so different about KOKO. I always convinced myself that it was like all the other gyms I'd known...they just want to "trap" everyone into a long term contract; and take your money whether you go or not! Boy, was I wrong!!!
So here is my story - I had recently retired from a local police department and
noticed that my clothes were getting tighter! My police friends won't believe
this, but I like to cook and quilt...both sedentary activities I had been
enjoying in my retirement. So, the weight was catching up to me. I knew I
needed to start a workout program of some sort, BUT which one?! I remembered the
KOKO sign and decided to schedule a free demo at the KOKO Fitclub @ Stonehenge.
I loved the demo!!! Surprisingly, there was no "push" to sign up for a long
term agreement! I actually left that day and never signed any paperwork! I
went home and thought about the pros and cons of joining KOKO. In retrospect,
it was a very easy decision to join! Throughout my career in law enforcement and the military, I have belonged to a lot of gyms. I know how to lift weights, run, and use most gym equipment, but what always held me back was the gym atmosphere, never knowing what exercises to do next, and boredom! This is what makes the KOKO Fitclub so unique; with their system...YOU pick your goal...YOU pick your program, which is then downloaded on your personal USB key fob and off you go! Your next 8-24 (depending on the program you select) strength workouts are listed for your review on your computer @ home, and on the strength machines as you workout!!! There is no guesswork! It does not get any easier than this...all you have to do is concentrate on the pace bar (if you are like me...try to get the elusive "perfect" workout) and do your exercises. Everything is computerized so that after a workout, I can review on my home computer all my workouts and manually add the calories expended on my Fitbit. Hopefully, KOKO will come up with their own app soon. I workout now almost everyday...I can honestly say, it is the best part of my day!!
Finally, I want to encourage anyone who wants to know in advance what exercises
they need to do to reach their own personal fitness goals...RUN...DO NOT hesitate, and set up your free demo at your nearest KOKO Fitclub!!!! IT is the best workout
ever!!!

This is the best fitness club ever. You get results and know that every work out makes a difference. Plus you can see your results on line and track your progress. I highly recommend.

I love having an automated workout. I don't have to remember which exercise to do next or what weight to use. The smart trainer keeps track of everything for me. And it's a really chill environment!
