I'm always running all over the triangle. Sometimes I need a stick on the go! I was pleasantly surprised 2 find a whole wall of selection of hand rolled cigars. Premiums of all shape, size, and price range! Super fair pricing per stick, barely noticed an increase in price from the big online retailers.
The clerk was super nice, accommodating, personal, and attentive to my and other customers various needs! Definitely recommend you save the location as a favorite on maps. Clutch outfit indeed!

Lance is definitely the best sales associate I’ve came across in a long time, he knows how to actually communicate and he sells it… I can’t really say the same for anyone else there but whenever I come in the store and he’s there… I know I’m in good hands

The managers are nice guys! Some of the best prices around, they even currently have a sale going on

Literally the best customer service! Always treated with a greeting, smile, and genuine help. Very friendly and a good conversationalist if you have the time :) also there's several signs on the door to wear a mask and it's not difficult to follow directions, they're just doing their job!

this place is great! some vape stores make me feel really judged for asking questions, but the staff here is very nice! i've gotten lots of great recommendations and tried lots of products i never would have otherwise. also great prices!

My favorite vape store in the area. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. I love everyone that works there and they always have good products too. Teagan is literally my favorite person ever. They always make me feel welcomed.

Was greeted nicely. Told the clerk the reason for my visit. She proceeds to direct me to the products. She explained all the inventory in detail and wasn't overbearing while I made my selection. She even had me try the disposable vape before I left the store to make sure it worked and tasted fine.

The staff are super friendly here I could talk to them for hours! They also have an amazing selection of tobacco and supplies available I swear every time I come in there there is something new to see which I like a lot. The pricing is good too which is an obvious added bonus! It's literally the only place I go to now for my cigars I refuse to go anywhere else.

Been coming to this store for years now since I first started vaping have seen many employees come and go but yesterday(Sunday) I went in to buy a new coil for a new tank i recently purchased and the clerk there was obviously new as he did not know how to work the register neverless I bought a coil but when I got home I realized that the gentleman advised me on the incorrect coil but of course they were closed by then so I stopped by today (Monday) and the other clerk was of course not there but my guy Brock was there today and after my flustered explanation Brock gave me the best customer service possible he simply apologized that happened and offered to buy me the correct coil as once it is open they cannot exchange the other one. Brock is awesome and very knowledgeable he didnt think twice about it when he got the correct coil for me his only reply was no problem customer service is most important to me! I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT APPRECIATES BROCK as much as I do as a customer who has been coming there for years now! And thanks to Brock I will continue to be a customer!
