Customer service is extraordinary and well worth the premium dollars paid for their merchandise!!! They stand behind their products 100%. The staff in Mayfair is exemplary!!!!! Will never buy another piece of cookware anyplace else!

I love Williams and Sonoma and the products- I order white geranium dish soap and counter cleaner from them every month -I shop there every Christmas and love their dish towels and buy the Christmas peppermint bark as gifts -My complaint is the 18 ounce spray and bottle of soap comes to me in two separate gigantic card board boxes if I order - I don’t understand this & it seems silly to me !

Williams Sonoma is my very favorite kitchen store. I love their great selection of products, and have been pleased with every purchase. I know I can find anything I need. The nice variety and high quality of their goods, from electrics to kitchen gadgets, makes it a great shopping experience!

Customer service for the Breville Oven which was damaged during delivery was exceptionally courteous, accommodating, and couldn’t have been handled better. Somebody dropped the box or dropped something on it ☹.
