Over the years my family has used Mr Willis on different occasions. We always knew he was good, knowledge and reliable. However recently we have needed legal counsel in another state and unfortunately could not use Mr Willis. Something I already knew, but this I know for sure now. Mr. Willis is one of the best of the best in his field. More importantly an honest, dependable, responsive and kind person.

I was driving home from SC on I77. I received a speeding ticket going 85 in a 65 at around 3am. I assumed I would wait for the county to contact me with my fine after my court date had passed. Instead, I received a notice of failure to appear. My license was suspended in NC and a local Warrant issued for my arrest. I was given two options by the Iredell county clerk. 1. Drive to NC and turn myself in. 2. Hire an attorney to fix the problem. I chose option 2 and called Mr Willis. I was in a real pinch because I had just been offered conditional employment in a job that requires a valid DL. I explained that to Mr Willis when he promptly called me 20 minutes after I spoke to his assistant/ secretary. Mr Willis told me he would have everything done on his end within a week.

Well fast-forward three business days later. He sends me an email saying the case was settled. He had my reckless driving changed to improper equipment. So I got zero points on my license. Additionally, he gave concise instructions on how to pay my fine to Iredell County and how to get my license restored.

I had really expected this to take 10-14 days. He got it done in three. He literally saved my job opportunity. If you are thinking of hiring him, DO IT! He will most likely make your problem go away:)

The day before court I contacted Mr.Willis and he was able to take my case and go to court for me and handle a ticket that could have made me lose my license. He’s always amazing. Mr. Willis went above and beyond while handling a charge I received while on probation. It was considered a direct violation of my probation but ultimately resulted in a prayer full judgement on the charge and termination of the violation.
I am certain self representation or a lesser attorney would not have possibly resulted in such an outcome. When Mr. Willis says he’ll do everything he can, he means it. I hope to not need his services ever again, but if I do, he’s definitely my guy.
