Wits End is the most wonderful boutique. The owner who is my my friend, is great and very accommodating. They have a great variety of clothing brands and anytime I wear something that I have purchased from there, I get compliments. I have been shopping here for years. The other sales people that work here are always very helpful and friendly. They have shipped me items many times since I don't live in NC. I cannot say enough about this boutique. Classy for sure!!!

Most beautiful store in Highlands! They have amazing stuff and a great selection of accessories. It’s a little bit on the high end but is worth it.

Disappointing customer service. I purchased a few gold-filled bracelets that were not supposed to tarnish for years. One of them did after a few weeks into wearing it (not due to wearing lotions or perfume). I called the store to let them know and to get it replaced but got an uninterested employee telling me to sort it out with the bracelet brand's customer service. I told her that they are not responsive... she didn't care. Please hire people who care.
