My husband and I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Deanna Gaither to sell our home and find the home we wanted to raise our daughter in. Deanna helped my parents find their home and had a wonderful experience and I can truly say that I cannot say enough great things about Deanna. She truly cares about you and your family and goes above and beyond. We started the process when I was pregnant and had to put things on hold for the arrival of our newest addition and we got started right back not long after she was born. If you’re a parent you know how exhausting and stressful the newborn and infant stage can be. Tack on selling and buying a house and things start to get hectic. Deanna made things as smooth and stress free as possible. We feel like she’s part of the family and will happily recommend her to everyone.

We've used Lake Normal Reality for two services, rental management and to sell our rental property.

Nina Bell was my contact for rental management, and she was great. We rented out our house for about 8 years, and have been working with Nina for probably 5 or 6 of those years. Nina was super communicative of issues that needed to be addressed, responded quickly to any questions I had, and was generally a joy to work with. 10/10 would recommend for rental management services.

Nina referred us to Elizah Kessler when we were ready to sell the same house, and Elizah was just as great to work with as Nina. I really appreciated her realistic expectation-setting from the start, not glossing over potential issues that could crop up in the selling process, but always having an answer for it. We were selling from a distance and by necessity had to rely on Elizah to do a lot of the footwork for us, and she worked her tail off for us, up to and including shampooing the carpet herself to get the house ready to show. Elizah was available to answer questions quickly at any time, any day of the week. She was super organized and stayed on top of every. single. detail to make sure no balls were dropped (at least one big one would have absolutely been dropped had it not been for her). Elizah was not the first or second person who tried to sell this house for us, but she was by far the most communicative, enthusiastic, and ultimately successful of the three. 13/10 would recommend.

Devon Stamey is the quintessential example of the perfect real estate agent. She is remarkably attentive to her clients; my texts were almost always answered immediately. She kept me up to date on all developments, and she has an excellent sense for the marketplace. She put my property on the market at a price that exceeded what I thought I might get. After one weekend, I had either 8 or 9 visitors and 5 offers for the house. Devon ended up getting my $5,000 OVER what she was asking. I would recommend Devon to anyone.
