Super friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to help you out even when it's time for them to lock up and go home. They're always concerned about taking care of you first! If they don't have something they will suggest where to get it. I love that! Too many businesses only care about making money and not enough help the customers get what they need. This is always my first stop before going to the big chain stores.

We needed a hedger and mower and grant was great helping us locate the best options. We had something to return and it was a simple no hassle situation. This place is much better than the big box stores.

Some of the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. Iit’s a bit of a drive for me, but I will prioritize this place for my shopping needs for now on.

I am a deer in headlights when I go into hardware stores. The staff at Town & Country have always been so helpful everytime I've come in. I bought a wheelbarrow and it ended up being too large to fit in my car. I didn't have easy access to a truck to get it so Grant, the manager, was kind enough to bring it to my house near by after his shift. It was very much appreciated! Very polite and helpful staff!

I always choose Town and Country when I can, especially if I have questions. The staff always has time to help you find something you need or recommend something better. The tank refill is so much cheaper than swapping one out and they last longer.

Awesome local hardware store! The wife and I were out today purchasing material for a fence repair. We were unable to find a post hole digger at the big chain store we were at so we called Town & Country. The gentleman working assured us they had one so we said we would be there directly. The salesperson had it waiting for us at the front when we got there. Talk about awesome customer service. This store will be my first stop from now on.

Needed a good primer once because I have an old a$$ house that has old a$$ dark paneling because for some God awful reason people thought that was a good idea back in the freaking 50’s and 60’s, anyway I needed a good primer so I could get to painting and the associate there was extremely helpful and got me just the product I needed and he even suggested the cheaper option would work just as well as the more expensive product (he knew my broke self was on a budget) and he was right! It worked wonderfully!

This is a great place to get your materials and tools. I’ve purchased a few STIHL chainsaws from them as well as most anything else I’ve needed. Much more convenient than Lowe’s or HD. Most of all the staff are awesome, very good people.

Has a great selection of quality products. Helpful staff. Wide selection of bolts and hardware. Makita power tools, Stihl equipment, Irwin drill bits. Large garden section outside.

It is not a Lowe's or other Big Box store. It is a bit small but has a good variety-at least one, of most things. The people there are nice and as helpful as they can be. Do they know *everything*? Nope but, if you have some clue about what you need or are trying to accomplish they can get you there. If you don't, perhaps Home Improvement is really not for you-one has to be smarter than their Hammer.

Do not expect to walk in a buy 200 sheets of drywall or 30' support tresses but if you need some screws, paint, brushes or a few yard items it is a decent place to go. They offer free popcorn too.

Prices are ok, not bad, maybe not the best out there but it won't break your wallet to spend .50 more on a hammer than $5 on gas to drive somewhere else to save that .50. Plus they give actual reward card benefits versus the Lowes reward card which simply tracks what you buy for advertising targeting.

In the store and out Fast with the correct parts. That's one of the best features of this store is knowledgeable employees who can get you to the correct Isle with your part on it quickly and then your back out doing your job.

Five stars, well stocked, helpful employees, local! Got in, got what I needed and got out quick. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products they carry.

As soon as I walked in the door a gentleman offered to help me find what I needed. He offered great suggestions and even cut the product (rebar) for me. Very helpful. Would recommend Town and Country Hardware to a friend.

Good place to get what you need for diy projects. If only they sold lumber I would never have to go to lowes again!
