Ken's Mufflers and NC State Inspections

Great work done by Ken! I went there with an idea for a tip on my car and after explaining to him what I wanted he delivered exactly what I asked for it looked exactly like the picture I had showed him. He took the time to make sure the area around my bumper wasnt looking like it had just been cut and delivered a better result than I had asked for! also the welds look better than any other shop I have personally been to!

When you walk into Ken's Place you feel like you're walking in to see a family member. He always helps even if he can't. If he can't help you personally with the problem he will direct you to the right person or give suggestions for the problem. He will tell you if that doesn't work come back let me know and we'll see what we can do to help. His family operates the business with him and I always have felt a warm reception when I go in. I refer everyone I know to him for Muffler service and inspections. The whole family that I have met I Love the respect they give the customer and the genuine spirit they All have. I wish them many more years in business. I wish I knew how to do that work I would have been applied 🥰🧑‍🔧🧰

This was my third place of the day to try and get my inspection. They were friendly when I walked in the door and had me in and out in about 15 min. It was a great experience and, so thankful for a quick and easy process. I will definitely be back!

I did not receive any services, BUT I did receive a VAST amount of knowledge from Ken Jr. I believe. Just with the amazing customer service I received. I definitely recommend this place.

Ken got my inspection done in at least 10 minutes and helped me with the atm at the shop (they only take cash). I used to go to snappy lube and they were bought out and told me they were waiting for a green light from the dmv but will be going to him from now on and recommend him to anyone else

Our new go-to spot for state inspections! We took our car around 10AM on a Monday morning and they had it inspected within ten minutes. No appointment required! Everyone was very friendly, and the pricing is also great. Do note they do not take credit or debit cards, so have a checkbook or cash handy. They do have an ATM in the shop though which is great.

Only place I go. Ken has put new exhaust systems on my trucks for 24 years. Great service. Great place to get your vehicles inspected as well.
