I came back, bought a great battery from Bridgette who put it in, cleaned the connections + my front headlights so the vehicle looks so much better! Original post: Just wanted to say thanks SO much to Bridgette who lent a car charger for my dead battery! BIG thanks for helping an over 50 lady stuck with no help! I'm so very grateful!

I stopped by here for an emergency to change the headlight on my car. An associate, Josh, helped my brother and I review my options in lights and educate me on the differences and he also helped us change it on the car. Very grateful for him and his kindness as it was already dark and much harder for me to drive. The facility was also clean and organized.

I had to come all the way to exit 319 from Benson, because the woman at the Advanced Auto in Benson refused to change my battery. The young men who worked that evening at this Auto Zone were very nice. Adin changed my battery in the middle of the storm. It was raining like hell. I feel like Adin deserves a pay raise. To change a battery in that horrible weather.? It was really bad that evening and tornado was approaching our area. So, picture it.

I had a good experience shopping here. I knew what I wanted but was assisted and was able to take advantage of a promotion that was going on!

Derek helped me fix my skid plate (twice) where the bolts had come out so I purchased new ones and he put them on and it was perfect! He was very helpful and quick! Thank you for all your help Derek!! I appreciate you! (I can’t imagine myself trying to do it so he definitely saved the day!!)

I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Derrick for saving my day. I was parked about half a mile from his Auto Center while my car was battery-dead. I gave him a call and within minutes he showed up and helped me start my car. Leaving a nice review is the least I could do since he also performed the service completely free of charge. I always shop at this store, but this was the first time I needed help. I went in asking for a battery test. Derek came right out, checked it and told me I needed a new one. I told him I wanted to buy one, he asked if I wanted it installed. 15 minutes later I was good to go. I can't say enough nice things about him. He made the process easy peasy. Thank you!

I came in with a check engine light issue . I was able to figure out the code and fix the problem . The gentleman who helped me was really nice . I did not catch his name but he has longer hair pulled back with a hat . He came out to my car and helped look for the problem . He figured out it was the hose. He replaced it for me which was awesome ! I will definitely be back if any more problems occur.

Came in with suspect battery. Christian checked and sure enough - "BAD BATTERY" the computer read. So, I picked it up and slapped it and said "Bad battery! Bad battery! You're grounded!" :)

Christian replaced it with a new one and I was off an running in no time, even though he had to endure my bad jokes and the cold weather. Super awesome service and will definitely come back again. Tho if I do that, that means something's broken again, but you know what I mean.

Jennifer was amazing. She asked if she could help within 5 seconds of me walking in the door. She ran a daignostic check on the check engine light, tested the battery as a result, sold and swapped out the battery in 10 mintues, check engine light off!!! She then told me where I could get a state inspection after 5pm, inspection is now DONE!! She went several extra miles, and her actions are so very much appreciated. I hope she can teach and reach others by her example. KUDOS JENNIFER!!

When it was raining torrents and difficult to see, one of my windshield wipers decided to come loose. It was flopping like a fish out of water and hitting my windshield. The manager and employees were extremely helpful. I was refunded for a new wiper I had just bought at another Autozone because the rubber had come off the old one. They sold me a new set that fit better and made sure they had been securely installed. It was installed before I finished at the register. I would give them 10 stars if allowed. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I highly recommend this store.

Woke up to a dead battery in my car this morning. Went to this local AutoZone store and was helped by a very nice young lady and the manager was kind enough to put the battery in my car. Enjoyed conversation while he was putting the battery in and was very quick. Highly recommend. Do business local and support local.

Derek from Autozone at McGees Crossroad, 210 Hwy., helped me get my car battery charged when I left my light on to go to a class. I called Autozone and he came out with portable charger and charged the battery. Thank you so much , Derek. So thankful to have a reliable person with great manners working for Autozone.

The employees here went above and BEYOND great service!! We are out of town and were broke down and Rich phipps and johnathon were so extremely helpful beyond regular customer service. They went out of their way to make sure we were able to safely make it back home!! I cannot express my gratitude for their kindness!! They remained calm in such a stressful situation and eased our trouble state of mind.
