Cook Out

It’s a tradition that we take the 11 grandchildren, their parents, and anybody else there when we visit. We fed 18 people lots of good food for about $7 each.

This is one of our favorite local hang out spots, a great place for like after parties and gatherings. I love the shakes (especially the fruit ones), floats, drinks, and food trays. The employees taking orders can be hit and miss sometimes their just the best sometimes there difficult. BUT I STILL LOVE COOK OUT SO MUCH!!!

I'm so glad there is a cookout in Fuquay-Varina NC the food is so good 👍👍👍👍 and the root beer floats are my favorite people are very nice

As a northerner I first didn’t like it then it grew on me. You have to understand what it is. It’s fast low cost and it’s decent food open late. First time going stay in the far left lane and study the line you will understand for the next visit also study their menu online first. Stick with fried food, burgers and shakes and you can’t go wrong.

Delicious cheeseburger off home grill taste w/fresh ingredients. I got to pick toppings and all for under 5 dollars. Great staff experience as well. Inside facility also appeared to be very clean

I've been using my own boba straws for the thick shakes forever, but this location at least (don't know about others), is now giving them out with the milkshakes. Brilliant!

Food was on point. We were going there because of work and the 2nd day dude had an attitude. Remember, keep your bad mood to yourself. I just want a burger

Great food and service! I feel bad when I go late though, they’re always so busy even up until 1am. The workers there are always so nice and quick. Probably deserve more pay for how busy it is, not to mention other customers I’ve seen there. I mean really some are just straight up abusive towards the employees. Like chill, they’re making maybe 10 an hour you don’t need to have a full meltdown at them cause you didn’t ask for sauce. They’re never rude back to them but you can hear in their voice how tired they are of it. Who wouldn’t be? I won’t give less than 5 stars, they definitely earned it. But really Cookout, pay them more, it’s gotta be one of the world wonders why anyone ever actually works there.

I wasn't familiar with the menu and was a complicating customer. The employee at the window made sure that my order was what we wanted and even acknowledged that they could have done more to get my order correct when I was at the speaker. I got everything my daughter and I wanted.

I work at this cookout, and I believe bad reviews should go both ways. One customer threw a burger at my manager, because it had a tomato on it. A little excessive and quite childish. We were quite busy at the time, and taking care of several orders at once, it is not unreasonable that mistakes can happen. Many customers get angry and impatient sitting in line for a long time, while my coworkers have been cramped in a hot building for several consecutive hours, working 40+ hour work weeks. Patience is greatly appreciated, and if you would like faster food, you can make yourself a hot pocket in the comfort of your home.

A good cookout to go to. I went there at 1 am and the staff was friendly and everything was right with the food.

I ordered the m&m milkshake to go and when I got home I set it on my table and sat down ready to enjoy a nice cold milkshake. The moment I bit into the soft, creamy, delicious shake, my entire body started to float. I didn't know what was happening but as I rose I realized the milkshake was floating as well as glowing. It called out to me though telepathy, telling me to eat another bite. When I did, I instantly transcended into heaven. I saw angels and a large golden gate before I blinked and was transported back into my chair safely. Curious, I took one more bite and I didn't fly, but I felt like I was enlightened.

I want to give a shout out to Josh in the drive thru, had a complaint about my milkshake and he kindly made me another one with extra Heath toppings, I work in the customer engagement environment and this is what REAL business is about! Keeping your clients happy! Made my day !!! Thanks Josh !!!

Food is always spectacular and the employees are all nice and good at what they do. Lines can take an eternity to get through though sometimes. Always worth it nonetheless

As good as cookout gets nice people good service even though it was 3am

This chain, as a whole, is hit or miss on quality and service.

The visit to this location was excellent, the burgers and fries, hot and fresh, toasted bun, fresh unsweetened iced tea with great ice ratio. Even the banana shake had us raving.

The chicken quesadilla, yum.

Even with two lines it went fast.

Gotta love that grilled flavor!

I was in town visiting my dad like i do every year.. we always go to this cook out.. Staff is amazing and super friendly. I didn't get the girls name she was working the window, but she always makes sure you got everything and anything you need. Food is on point and never disapoints me.

Love the food ofc and the staff is fast,kind,and very helpful. With any cookout it can be filled with kids and loud trucks but other than that great place

I go to Cookout for my son and he loves it . The best deal are the trays. His favorite is the big double burger with fries and nuggets. He always wants a shake so there is a up charge. Still it’s only a little over $7 . Haven’t had a issue . They always get the order right and it’s pretty quick .
