My friend works there , very chill I like getting snacks here. I started uncontrollably weeping, because of how good the store is by the way.

Always a great experience with Alexander in the furniture department here! We relocated to the area two years ago and happened to stop by this location just to grab a few items. We had an excellent experience with Alexander and although this is not the closest location to us we have continued to do our home shopping here. Alexander has great customer service, patience, and goes above and beyond to ensure that you get whatever you are looking for or something comparable. We will continue to do business here and look forward to our next shopping visit!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a couch to buy for our new house and we decided to check out what big lots had especially because of the great sales they offer. Alexander was super helpful and friendly! He saved me an extra 80 dollars on my couch by signing up for the rewards program:) Alexander I can’t thank you enough for making this experience wonderful!

Great deals and variety of items

I usually go to the Fuquay location but this location is huge, and clean. Although they didnt have what l needed l will definitely go back because it was so clean and a large selection.

Since finding this location it's becoming a great go between for other big box stores. The selection is surprisingly good and the prices are too. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the furniture selection is above and beyond what I expected. I recently bought a recliner for my father and the furniture manager was very helpful with the selection and details of the products carried. She was able to hold the furniture until I arrived and helped me load it into my vehicle. I highly recommend giving them a visit and look forward to my next visit.

Alexander went above and beyond to give us a great experience. He went out of his way to give us the best customer service. Drove an hour to this location and very very satisfied and impressed. Would drive here again for the amazing employees.

Big lots was nice. It was neat and clean. I was emailed a coupon for free cereal. The checkout was seamless and the associate was friendly. The franchise had a lot of items that are handy for a household. It's perfect for wanting a variety of things but not wanting to go into a huge store for it.

Very neat and organized store. However, I'm not sure what direction the company is going with their merchandise selections.

I got some cute pots for CHEAP!! Had to dig but so worth it! Thanks!

I don't shop at Big Lots often, but when I do, its always a good experience. The quality of items has met or been above my expectations.
Also got an extra 15% off, for being an Essential Worker. Thanks for that recognition!

I can not remember the young lady's name in the furniture section of the store (maybe Coral) she made my spontaneous trip worthwhile. I bought a new dining table with Big Lots credit (if that's how you refer to it) she pleasantly walked me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable on how everything worked and what they had in stock. I made sure to tell her supervisor how professional she had been and even the supervisor was helpful in attempting to get my table in my truck. It wouldn't but he assured me that he would label it for me to pick up at a later date. I shopped for things I needed for home and was very pleased with the experience.

Pleasantly surprised, good mix of items, clean, well stocked, a nice store!

Always a clean store helpful staff and everything looks really nice really nice yesterday they had a rate coupon everything 20% off in the store so I got some pretty good deals

I love Big Lots!! You can always find what you're looking for plus a nice surprise of something you weren't looking for!! Without the hassle of standing in a long line.....like at that other place! 😉
