Great Products, Customer Service, and Clean Store! Kristen and Mike were very helpful in helping me find a vape that would work for me. The dogs were a nice touch too, super cute and friendly.

Awesome! I had an issue with an item and got into an altercation with the guy working there. The owner stepped in and made it right. The guy was just doing his job and was not at fault. They went out of their way to make it right and to make me happy. A+ customer service!!!

I walked into this shop 2 months ago to quit smoking. I quit. I now go there once a week just because they are great (and I work next door every Thursday). Seriously, great employees and manager, very helpful, 5 stars.

This is my go to shop for anything that I need. Sophie helped me today and as always was super pleasant and helpful. I am here at least a few times a month and whether it's Doug, Emma, Sophie, or the new guy they are always eager to help, friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always spotless and they make it super easy to be socially distant and even provide masks if you left yours at home. Make sure to ask about their rewards program. Trust me, you will be glad that you checked these guys out!!!

Mr. Braxton did a great job helping me find exactly what I need for my vape. It was like he has it memorized, highly recommended others coming to this location.

Can’t remember the name of the guy that helped me out last night. Young slim dude with a hat, was very patient with me. Went in to look for an electric nectar collector and found what I was looking for, for a very reasonable price! Great customer service from him 🙏

I can not say enough good things about Bailey! I came in totally confused about cbd and hemp and not only did she educate me regarding the differences in the products but she made a FANTASTIC recommendation for my anxiety and pain due to herniated discs in my lower back. In an industry that is so extremely misunderstood it was refreshing to visit your store and receive not just a product but the understanding behind it that our community so desperately needs!

They have recently added new photos and renewed the amazing atmosphere! Emma is such a wonderful employee, super enthusiastic and ready to help! She really made the whole trip great! Always good prices and great selection.

I think going to good guy Vape since I’ve moved to North Carolina, and I got to say this good Guy Vapes is absolutely amazing. I absolutely adore Bailey, they are absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about everything that comes into the store. Always has such a great energy, and I always end up leaving with something I never expected I would. I’m sad I’m moving because I know I’m never going to have as good of experience out of the store as I have had here. I I believe a lot of it everything that is good about good guys vape is because of Bailey!

Nice store front and location. The service is phenomenal! They have a huge selection, and great prices to match! I was looking for a new regular spot to purchase juices and coils. My last spot was good, but they were never open after I got off work. Made things very inconvenient for me. "Good Guy" is open 7 days a week with hours to fit anyone's schedule! I definitely look forward to being a regular customer!

Fairly new to vaping, and honestly, feel I couldn't have made a better choice of where to go starting out. Unlike many other shops, there's no pressure whatsoever from staff when just browsing but whenever I had a question I could count on getting a knowledgeable, honest answer. Margeaux, has exceptional customer service skills and I really appreciated the fact she was very patient with me and informative to help me make the right purchase! On top of that very good prices and nice selection of products make this place unbeatable!

sophie is the best there! her outgoing personality makes it so easy to talk to her. she always gives the best recommendations for trying new products. she can seriously help you with whatever you’re looking for! they also have the best prices for everything! 100% recommend!

Great store and awesome help. Alvin Rubio was a great help and really knows his products. Prices are so much better then Mad Vapes. Worth the extra few minutes to go there. Great selection/prices, helpful staff, convenient hours, great local vape shop. Help me select a new tank due to the problems I was experiencing with my existing one. Walked away with a great tank and bottle of liquid (Was able to sample before selecting) Will definitely make future purchases with them based on my experience today.

Good guy vapes is always on point. They have a wide variety of vapes, and various Cannabinoid derivative products. Whatever you need, they have it. Shout out to Carson for always being so informative and pleasant to interact with. Appreciate you!

This shop is pretty well reviewed currently but, I was still pleasantly surprised as just how good my experience was here.

I'm a total vaping noob and Casey spent the better part of an hour patiently educating me on my options for mods, coils, juices, etc, gave recommendations for each, and even set up the kit I purchased so it was ready to use as I left the store!

The shop looks clean and there's a wide selection of both hardware and juices. Everything that was recommended to me was reasonably priced and well-reviewed online.

Great shop and great staff!

This place is practically in the middle of nowhere. I only went because it was Sunday and I needed something specific and they were the closest shop that was open and carried the product. It took so long to get here, my plans for the whole day were thrown off. On top of this the customer service was sub par. The clerk wasn't rude, just not very helpful, didn't greet me as I entered (nor the people who entered while I was there), and I felt like it was a burden for her to help me. I'll go back of I HAVE to, but that's the only time.

EDIT: After I posted this review, Omar (shop manager/owner), replied and we talked. He wanted to make things right. I went back to the store today and he was there and gave me a store credit as an apology. I was assisted by the same young woman (Emma) who was helpful and turned out to be quite knowledgeable about their products. I brought a list with me of things I was looking for and when I told her which was most important (a new tank with a softer hit than the one currently on the mod), she immediately had a suggestion. Emma was able to explain why it would be a softer hit as well as other features about the tank. When I decided to get that, plus a pack of coils to go with it, she also made sure to go over what was included in the box with me. It was a much better experience and it meant a lot that Omar reached out to me to make things right. I'll definitely be back.

TL;DR - I had a sub par customer service experience the first time I went in. The owner gave me a store credit to apologize. I went back and got to see how knowledgeable & helpful they are. I'm changing from 3 stars to 5 and will come back again.

Omar, this review is for the young lady that was working Saturday 10/21/2017. I travel a good distance to shop with you as you know. I went today just to get a couple of things and let me tell you she was one of the best young lady’s to deal with. She followed the FDA rules with a couple of young guys that did not have there ID and was very professional. As for her help with me she was so very knowable on all the products and as you know I have an addiction to all the new vape products on the market to date. You my friend have an awesome staff that put your customers and your business first not there wallet. I called the Raleigh location to talk with you about my experience but you had finally taken some much needed down time but I felt the need that you and anyone reading reviews see why your customers are very dedicated to Good Guy Vapes. The only vape store you need to be doing business with. The employees are extremely kind and informative and knowledgeable for the less experienced and the pros. They offer a decent selection of products and a decent price considering they are a brick and mortar store. Yes prices are better online, but if you need a shop to buy your supplies this really is the best in town. You will not find better customers service.
