The Spice & Tea Exchange of Highlands

I have been to at least 6 different spice and tea exchanges and loved them all. This one had a few different items that I look forward to trying when I get home!!

The quality and ingenuity of their tea products are second to none, and they have such an attentive and genuine customer service. Don't miss out on this gem!

Where else can aspiring cooks, such as myself, find Ras el Hanout and blue cheese powder? For those not so daring days, tea blends and flavored sugars also prove tempting. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are quick to suggest spices, methods of cooking, and stories. Thanks for a great experience!

This location was my favorite to visit! Despite not being able to smell/sample any of the spices in shop (COVID precautions) the woman working was extremely helpful in helping us select spices for our homemade jerky! She offered suggestions and flavor profiles we hadn't even thought of! I wish I had gotten her name! Great customer service!

The girl working was super nice and informative. Helped us pick out some really good teas and sugars. Lots of selection could spend hours in there!

I had the most amazing experience at this shop! I love tea and trying out different flavors so you can imagine how overwhelmed I was with the variety of choices. The women working at the store was so sweet and worked with us to pick out something we would love. I ended up getting 6 of the smaller bags to try many different flavors. The woman working also realized that I was struggling with motion sickness and helped me out with some crystalized ginger. Overall such a positive experience and the tea is amazing! I just had to look up the shop to see if I could order online and I discovered I have one not too far from me. I will definitely be back for more!

One of our favorite finds during our recent visit to Highlands. Rachel was super helpful, suggesting and helping us find spice blends that my husband could enjoy (allergies). The shop was clean and beautiful, we could have easily spent more time there. We left with a bag full of goodies and tons of cooking/meal inspiration. If you're in the area, this shop is a must!!

We visit here several times a year. This shop is a must stop for the best and freshest spices !!!! Friendly and helpful seems to be the business model. Great suggestions and even nice promotions. Always greeted with a smile !!!!

I walked past this store while shopping in Highlands. It genuinely enjoyed speaking with the workers and learning about the spices. I have never bought spices of this kind before but I am having a blasting trying them out now that I am home. I bought extra spices to use as gifts and the team worked with me to personalize the label on spices.

Wonderful little shop in Highlands! The proprietor is a kind lady who is very welcoming and clearly loves her craft. She helped my teenage daughter in her newfound interest in fine teas.

Beautiful store with many teas, salts, peppers, rubs and all kinds of little condiment dishes. We had a hard time deciding what to buy! The woman who was working was very nice and helpful.

Amy is always very helpful, our favorite go to herb is the Greek seasoning. My wife is french and we always have Herbs de Provence in our kitchen but because of the lavender in it (negative) we much prefer their Greek blend. They have a spice for anything and everything!

Beautiful teas and the soy candles are lovely. I bought Iron goddess of Mercy and the smell is really nice very not overwhelming at all.

The shop was so clean and smelled amazing. The staff were friendly, made us feel welcome and kindly answered any questions we had. Can't wait to use our new ingredients. Will definitely visit again.

It's fabulous! Wonderful assortment of salts, sugars, spices, and tea blends. Everything is made in house with no preservatives. The smell is amazing!!

I got some wonderful loose leaf tea here! The employees were super welcoming as well, and the general vibe of the shop was charming and calm.

Stopped by a few weeks back. Enjoyed the visit, staff was nice. Tea is great too.

Chai galore. Nice tea selection. Lovely staff always on the go but very helpful and knowledgeable.
