After 6 mattress store trips in and around Raleigh, I came back to make my purchase from Hunter and Juls (Julianna sp? Sorry if I spelled incorrectly!). They were informative, practical, patient, and helpful - all with an appropriate dash of down to earth humor. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured, but was also never left unattended or ignored during either of my visits, both of which were on a busy holiday weekend. And the store and mattresses all were clean which made for a much more comfortable shopping experience. Was looking for a topper to use on sofa bed that my grandson will be sleeping on for awhile. Silas was very helpful in showing us our choices and explaining the differences among those choices. We left and went to visit a couple of “big box” stores to see what they had for sale for comparison. Completely different experience as there was no one knowledgeable about the toppers that was available even if we were able to locate a sales representative to talk to us. For the most part, we had to examine the toppers on our own. After deciding that the “big box” toppers were inferior quality, I returned to Mattress Firm Clearance the next day to talk again to Silas who was able to give us a discount on the topper we were looking at. Ordering the topper was effortless and the topper came within the time frame that Silas had stated it would. Grandson was immediately pleased with the new topper as it provided him with a new level of comfort and firmness that was not present without the topper on the existing sofa bed mattress.

Silas was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He helped us identify the mattress we liked the most and even helped us find one on clearance. After also finding a floor model frame we were interested in, he was also very helpful in getting all products delivered quickly and at the same time. I would definitely refer him to someone else.

Great shopping experience. When we arrived Hunter greeted us, asked a few questions about our visit. We looked at several mattresses and tested “sleeping on them””. We chose 3 mattresses and hunter explained pros and cons of each one. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchased mattresses from this location again
