AT&T Store

I visited this store regarding billing issues and John was super helpful, patient, and welcoming. He resolved my issues and helped me understand my monthly bill. I’ll be coming to this store whenever I have another problem or when I want to upgrade my devices! Thank you John!

My experience with the AT&T store on Glenwood Ave was great!! My concerns were addressed, my questions were answered, and the service was fantastic. My experience was better than anticipated and I appreciate that!!

Amazing experience!! Me and my wife went to set up our new lines here. I had been with Verizon before, my wife with AT&T. Emily was a wonderful helper to us!! She was so kind, patient (we had a million moving parts and confusion on our end), and just very easy to work with. Would give this place ten stars if I could!!

great location! Arsenio and eyla are very knowledgeable. needed assistance fixing an automatic draft issue ended up getting completely fixed! even made sure to let me know what my account was eligible for just in the off chance i was in the market for a new device.

Nathan was above and beyond the best wireless sales/support representative!! He was calm (even with my two young kids at the end of the day), extremely informative, caring, and helpful. He genuinely wanted to find me the exact right fit and didn't cut any corners while staying late past closing for us. I could not recommend him more highly and wish everyone could have this experience!!! I've dealt with two other reps recently in my phone/carrier search and he surpassed them and every other rep I've ever dealt with when buying a new phone. He truly knows the technology and sales side both well. I have very little idea of how tech stuff works. Nathan stayed late and saved the day, when we otherwise wouldn’t have had a phone for emergencies. Please keep him around with a promotion or raise because, truly, everyone should have this experience, and this is who you want representing AT&T.

Had a great experience. Valerie and Daniel were awesome! Attended to my issues until they were solved and even went a little later than their closing hours until everything was good to go. They were Very Friendly and made a lengthy and unusual issue a fun experience. Thank you! Look forward to seeing you guys again.

I went to At&t to upgrade my iPhone 6s to the iPhone X. I had the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in upgrading my phone. Pam, John, and Corbin were all incredible in helping me out. It’s a small store so sometimes they’re understaffed which is understandable, but it didn’t take long for them to help me out. They ordered my phone, helped me set it up, and answered any questions I had with ease. Would highly recommend going to this particular At&t store

The reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. I want in here last week to upgrade my phone and I had a great experience they were helping me out every was super friendly and knowledgeable about their phones and plans I told everyone as I was leaving that they were very cool and helpful and that I usually dread going into phone stores because it is like buying a car but I had a great experience and I appreciate their help

After trying numerous times on my own to fix an issue with my iPhone, Nate, the AT&T rep, was able to fix it effortlessly. Not only was Nate professional and knowledgeable but most of all, patient. I am very pleased with the service I received at that store.

I never write reviews, but Pablo was so amazing I had to. I was there about three weeks ago (I meant to write this sooner) and he answered every question I had. On top of knowing his stuff he got me a great deal so I could have unlimited data on my cell phone. Dang I would have switched sooner if I knew how much better my service was going to be. I will be back for digital life next month like I promised!

Walked in and was greeted politely. They did a great job helping me find what would work for me and not just shove the iPhone 7 down my throat like some other stores. I really appreciate their knowledge of all the products they offer:) great store !!!

As AT&T goes this rates pretty high in my book. I have been here several times without having to wait. My last visit here I added a tablet to my account and left with a lower bill thanks to the excellent sales associate Pamela Fonseca making sure I had all the discounts. I would highly recommend this store if you are an AT&T customer.

Phenomenal customer service and technical support!

Excellent customer service. We got new phones at this location a little over two and half years ago and came back again for new ones just the other day because of our previous experience.

This place almost Never has much of a rush since its isolated and a small store. Usually only one employee or two at most but you can get in and out in a quick time. The several times I have been here, all employees have been very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Always great service! Technology, made by humans, sometimes fails us. Got my replacement phone from Assurion and have 2 people help me. The first guy was great getting the SIM card transferred. There was an issue with the phone where I nearly had a meltdown. Pamela Fonseca fixed it this is part of why I've been an AT&T customer since before they were AT&T and I'll be one forever! Love my phone, the coverage, and the kind, awesome service when I need it. Hopefully I won't need it again for quite awhile. :)
