We appreciated the experience we had with Lifetime Roofing in Wake Forest, NC. Our roof was damaged by a tornado and after talking with several Roofing Companies we chose to go with Lifetime Roofing. Rob walked us through all the details of what we needed to do in taking pictures and determining the amount of damage. He then filed an estimate with our Insurance Company after I had filed a claim and they had performed an inspection. Once it was approved Rob made sure we got an upgrade to an architectural roof and kept the cost within the amount budgeted by our insurance provider. They also installed new gutter guards that work great. We highly recommend Lifetime Roofing for anyone needing a new roof.

I will be filing a complaint against a privately owned business that has terrible customer service and Manager over location management refuses to address a customer complaint. They are a franchise but feel untouchable since they are privately owned. Worst service I've ever experienced.

I hope this institution can check on the business practices of Kiefer Landscaping. The receptionist and manager told me I couldn't afford their services without knowing the scope of work. At best this is a very disrespectful company. At worst they discriminate. Who knows?

I just want to say that All American Heating & Air is an awesome company. Their office staff (Natalie and Nina) are very professional, polite and are willing to help you in any way they can. Their service manager Lobrado goes the extra mile to make sure customers are given the best care by this company and by the service technicians. The service technician, Travis that came out to diagnose and service our heat pump knows what he is doing. He explains to the customer their equipment and assures you that that he has resolved your issue. We strongly recommend this company.

We went through the most horrific moving experience, and had selected the mover based on reviews we found on Google, Facebook, Yelp!, and other sites. We've since come to learn that online reviews are fraught with paid fake reviews that drown out the legitimate ones and skew the overall rating. They simply cannot be trusted, and even reviews on the BBB site are suspect. However, the BBB provides an invaluable rating system that is based on dispute resolution outcomes. Had we checked, we would have found our mover rated poorly. In our opinion, the BBB rating system is the only reliable metric available to consumers. We would add that we pursued several avenues of restitution with our mover, and it wasn't until we filed a dispute with the BBB that we got traction and reached a settlement. Again, the BBB is an indispensable consumer resource.

Very pleased with Cadiz Paint & Drywall. Eliazer and his team did an excellent project for me. I would recommend them for painting, patching cracks and other similar jobs. There were a couple of spots they missed, but came back next day and fixed even more spots than I noticed. Great, professional and honest group.

I’m very pleased with the work that Pete does on my vehicle. He take the time to explain the problems that he find wrong with your vehicle. He even let you know about long it going to take to fix it. He keep up warranty and you have your on file folder letting you what he did to your vehicle. When you leave he give you a little pad letting you know what was done as well. My experience with Pete’s Automotor Magnolia North Carolina was a five star. If you want somebody you can trust than Pete is your man.

This location of the BBB is well maintained outside as well as on the inside. Their staff are proffesional, friendly and helpful. They were not offended when I suggested that they needed to establish indoor recycling bins in their conference & training rooms.

I've volunteered at deadbroke horse farm for four and half years. I presently still volunteer. I have never seen a horse mistreated. The owner (Carla) treats the horses with respect and kindness. She will not allow customers, workers, or volunteers to mistreat any of her horses. Most people have dogs, cats, birds and other animals. The horses are her pets. She treats her horses just as you would treat your pets. She cares for all her horses. She deworms the horses.The ferrier comes often to make sure all the horses have shoes. The vet comes and checks the horses. Overall, the care of the horses that Carla provides is impeccable.

I bought a truck last year from 4042. I had a few problems with it and even though I have had it for 9 months and didn't buy the warranty they fixed the truck for me free of charge. They had no obligation to fix it but did anyways. I highly recommend them.

A1 flooring on Westgate Park Drive in Raleigh did a fantastic job of installing wood floors in our home. They were in time, worked hard, and had great integrity. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting wood floors. Everyone from the sales person to the owner were a pleasure to talk to.
