DICK'S Sporting Goods

Very thankful for Jake helping me out today. I came in for a gift card and he assisted me with picking one out and making some other great suggestions for future purchases. His excellent customer service definitely surpassed my expectations!

I recently stopped by this location to look at some golf clubs. Kenny from the golf department approached me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I'm a relatively new to the sport so I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. Long story made short, Kenny took nearly a hour and a half out of his time to explain the benefits of different clubs and fit me for a driver on the spot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a new golfer and look forward to going back to see him soon!

Cameron (loves bowling) has wonderful customers service skills. They were very polite, attentive, and helpful. Very pleasant demeanor and was able to help me make an exchange quickly and easily while still checking out other customers when needed.
Great customer service is really hard to come by these days so I want to take the time to acknowledge people like Cameron. They deserve the recognition and a raise.
Wonderful experience. Definitely would return to this location.

My boyfriend went for a club fitting and honestly the $100 was worth just meeting Kenny and the fitting was like a bonus. Kenny was exceptional at his job and truly a ray of sunshine. He was professional and knowledgeable and all around a stand up guy. Whatever you’re paying him, triple it.

I would absolutely recommend Dick’s to friends, family and local residents! We have been loyal to Dick’s, and customers for over a decade. We picked up our son from school and visited Dick’s this afternoon. Immediately entering the store we were greeted at the door (as always). My family and I had an amazing experience tonight at the store. Our son wanted a new baseball bat for his birthday next week. As we were looking at the bats an employee approached us offering assistant. Not just any employee……..Quan S!

Quan was polite, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, outgoing and made great eye contact. Quan took his time answering my wife’s many questions and built a good rapport with us. He was engaged and personable throughout our conversation. Quan has the natural ability to connect with people. Sharing stories about his son which is close in age with our son. He also encouraged our son to work hard, be a good person, to be thankful for his talents and appreciate “us” (his parents) for getting him a nice bat.

Let me be clear………We always have a good experience when we shop at Dick’s, but this was hands down the best experience.

Dick’s sporting goods, I have been a loyal customer for years and have spent hundreds of dollars. I never ask you all for anything. However, I need the management staff at his location to acknowledge and reward him for his hard work/talents. Thank you so much! Colby Thomas

I like the Adidas, Jordan, and under armour merchandise for what they were selling.

Went in today as we had a child's GT bike that the front wheel was binding and not rolling freely. I was greeted at the door by a lady who radioed back to the bike area to let them know I was on the way. The guy met me on the walk, took the bike back to the stand, showed me what needed to be adjusted and set the adjustment as well as setting the brakes.

This store turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very pleasant one, and I would give 10 stars if I could. Great job!

Dominique helped me find a pair of shoes I loved today! I went in really lost, with a general idea of what I wanted but without details of actual shoes. He was really though, thoughtful and, offered me a variety of options at different price points for my needs and even helped me get in soles that I really needed

Louie was awesome when my driver needed a new shaft. He was knowledgeable and got me what was required….and a fine English gentleman to boot… thanks Louie!

I’ve been to this store lots of times and it’s always a good experience. This last Saturday we went to try and find a pair of good walking shoes for my daughter. I’m not sure why but she has a hard time finding a pair that is comfortable for her, her feet are normal as far as I can tell. Mr Dominiqe(not sure if i spelled that right) was extremely helpful. Found a couple pairs and also let us try a pair of insoles. We decided on a pair of Underarmour that he had found. He spent a lot of time on us and he was extremely nice.

Stop by to grab a new sweatshirt during the Black Friday sale. I was not disappointed with 50% off and soft one.
