Great deals, clean, accessible and employees were very nice!
Store has about anything one would want. Parking was great ( UNLIKE NORTH HILLS & CRABTREE).

So this review is for the furniture department and in particular for one of your sales representatives, Tameka Polite. Tameka is amazing! She is so kind and helpful. She is an absolute asset to Macy’s and a joy to do business with. I will definitely be purchasing more furniture from Macy’s in the future. Amazing customer service!

I love to shop at Macy's but I couldn't find what I was looking for. The fashion industry has taken over and I am little traditional. It is just me, but I love to browse around, especially the perfume and purse section.

My family and I came here hunting for a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses yesterday and you had quite a large selection. We had one specific color and you had a few choices but none of them which appealed to the bride or her bridesmaids but we did have fun looking and trying on the ones you did have!!

Awesome. The lady who helped me at the Fragrance Counter was very helpful and deserves a raise.....no question! 👏🏾

You don't think of Macy's as a place to test/buy mattresses - including some harder to find box mattresses - but tucked away in a downstairs corner is a great place to shop. Ask for Tameka Polite. She never hovered but always seemed to be nearby when we had questions. They have Purple and Casper box beds. Casper in particular VERY hard to find in stores in NC so that was a huge help!

Finally landed on the one shown. The prices are the best around and Tameka let us know about a free adjustable platform that comes with it free! So, quite a deal. She really knows her stuff, but, unlike the usual mattress store sales staff, never tries to pressure you or upsell you.

She also told us about how the showroom floor models (almost all Queens) go on sale once a year. The discounts are incredibly deep! You would have to talk to her about when it happens since not all bed models are sold off every year. They don't open until 11. If you call before then you are routed to a horrible corporate number w a phone robot who is terrible. So, if you need to buy a new mattress, wait till after 11 to call. Then , ask for Tameka Polite in the Furniture Dept. Macy's has a great mattress selection and Ms Polite makes the buying experience very pleasant.

We had a great time Black Friday Shopping with great friends.

I like this store. They called the other Macy's to see if they had this dress in my size. Macy's also has a clearance section. One of my favorites.

How can you say anything negative about Macy's other then their inventory?

I am always impressed with their staff wanting to help and find what you want.

The in store inventory is a major issue, but I'll accept its due to the supply chain issues, thanks to Joe Biden.

My wife and I came here to do some Christmas shopping. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. This is a very nice store. It is clean and has a nice selection of merchandise. Keep up the good work Macy's. ☺

Love the customer service here. I actually signed up for a Macys card because the cashier made perfect sense to me as to why it would be a good idea. Ended up getting the product for pennies on the dollar for what it was worth. A true no brainer. I have been back several times since and will continue to go. Macys always has some deal goin on.

Visited Macy's for furniture and were very happy to have found several great quality sofas and the help and assistance was exceptional. The young lady who helped get our order completed was super polite and very knowledgeable of the products. We saw some great kitchenware and other home items we will be back to check out in a week or two after we get moved into a new home. We would highly recommend Macy's for furniture and other items for the home. The prices were really very reasonable.

I recommend this store, especially the furniture department. We just moved from Boston to Raleigh, and we needed some furniture. I went to the store and I met Tameka Polite. And she provided the best customer service that I've ever had in my life. She was very friendly, understood what I was looking for and was very helpful in getting the right furniture for my family. She was so friendly and so professional that I had to bring my whole family to meet her. Also the manager was very friendly and I believe his name was John, from New York, was very friendly too. The whole staff was great, really. I just recommend this store if you need furniture just go to Tameka Polite. She'll take care of you and your family.

Shopping for a dress to wear to my daughters wedding. There was only 3 choices in the entire store! (The store is about 1/4 stocked) Thankfully 1 of those 3 choices was exactly what I wanted and purchased. Excited to wear it but not happy about travelling to Texas for the nuptials.

I had a wonderful shopping ecperience!!!! Went shopping for a bunch of short sleeve shirts for my husband to get him ready for hot/warm weather. Great variety and great price!!! Shirts were on sale-reg $55-now 50% off. How cool is that.. I found the right size, style with pockets, stripes, plaid, solid, and print. He is all set with his 10 new short sleeve shirts. We are happy campers. I love Macy's. Zahara at checkout and Diamond on the floor were both very helpful, courteous, showing me where to find items I was looking for. Both ladies demonstrated wonderful customer-oriented skills. They made shopping a pleasant experience.
