Posh Nail Spa

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was much needed. Leanne took great care of me and took her time with my pedicure. I will definitely be back and be recommending this place to others. Leanne was very respectful and I will be back to see her.

Update: Also wanted to add, T is amazing. She takes her time and adds her style to my nail inspirations.

I had Nina take care of my acrylic full set. She was very kind and gentle the entire process. I had damaged cuticles and she was meticulous about the way she treated that nail which I am very grateful for. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted by showing me designs first before putting them on my nail. I had a very specific vision and Nina made it so beautiful. She was incredibly fast but not rough at all. I will definitely be coming here again when I want my nails done!

Leann also took care of me during my pedicure. She was so thoughtful and gentle. She made sure the color popped beautifully by giving me three layers of gel polish.

I am so grateful I stopped by Posh Nail Spa instead of going somewhere else. I have had bad experiences at other nail spas where the nail techs are too rough, making me bleed, or are not willing to collaborate or adapt to certain nail styles. You will not find any of those problems at Posh Nail Spa.

Both women were so lovely and created such a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Nina and Leann! ❤

So- I have been getting my nails done for YEARS and I’ve had it all (acrylics, liquid gel, gel-x, etc). I’ve likely seen hundreds of nail techs through the years. That to say I’m particular about my nails! I’ve also never written a review before this but Lindsey at Posh is awesome and I feel compelled not to gate keep her from my Garner girlies!

So I got a pretty bad set at another nail salon and ended up at Posh a week and a half later with one of them popped off and several lifting. I got crazy lucky and got Lindsey for my appointment- my saving grace! I requested a fill in and showed her my Inspo pic but she was really honest with me, the whole set needed to come off to achieve the look I wanted and she was right! Y’all when I tell you I was IN LOVE with this set. She took into consideration my hand shape and recommended a shape and length that made my fingers look slim and feminine. The design was exactly like the picture. I got compliments CONSTANTLY on this set!!

Three weeks later I go back and BOOM another amazing set! I showed her a picture and she recommended shape and length for both my finger length and the design I wanted. I also wanted a different shade of pink but she pointed out that it kind of blended too much with my base color and we needed something brighter. She knows the current trends and truly wants you leaving with 10/10 nails.

I’m so impressed. I’ve never gotten this level of customer service at a nail salon! She even gave me her personal number to schedule with her! What!! 100% recommend!! (I’m also realizing I wore the same sweater for both appointments 😵‍💫🫣😂)

This is my first time coming to Posh & T did an excellent job with my hands today. I enjoyed my gel manicure and she really helped my poor, dry little nails. She also does beautiful free-hand nail art too. Prices are very good here, everyone is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice. Come see T if you’re looking for a great gel manicure- she’s very gentle and very nice. I’ll be back in a few weeks! Thank you!

Been going here for a short while but after my mother in law took me here for the first time I haven’t gone to any other salons. Miss t has been my go to since October she has so much skill! And always gets the shape I want perfectly! And they last for ever my first set lasted well over a month and I work with my hands a lot so I was seriously impressed. Plus she does a lot of beautiful designs!

me and my sister goes to tea tea all the time!! she does an amazing job and i think she’s my favorite. she is super talented 😍😍

edit: she is still my nail artist, i’ve been going to her for months and she is still super amazing! she exceeds my expectations and she can do AMAZING hand art. anything you show her, she got it!

Hieu was so sweet ,and definitely took his time . He pays attention to detail ,and shaped my nails to perfection. After i was done with my manicure i thought i was gonna head to the front and pay . NOPE,he put lotion on my hands for me and even added a little hand massage at the end . I loved it and my time with Hieu was one for the books . He won’t be getting rid of me anytime soon ,lol he has a loyal customer <3

I've visited here once before for a specific nail design and nail tech Ricky did not disappoint me. Today I came in as a walk-in with another design, and he executed it perfectly. And my pedicure by John was great as well. The techs there are nice and welcoming, especially how busy they are when I come on the weekend. Thank you for the experience.

If you’re looking for a new nail salon this is definitely a place to check out!! And if you really want your nails to be treated with some TLC make an appointment with Nina. She’s absolutely amazing, a master at her craft, always putting the integrity and health of the nails first. The salon is very clean and the staff professional and friendly.

My girl Tea always get me right. Ever since i came for the first time for my birthday nails last July she has given me constant beautiful nails. And everyone there is so helpful when you need anything! The first picture is my Easter nails the other picture is my birthday nails

I tried this place about a month ago. I got an acrylic layover by KC. She's super sweet and does a great job. Call ahead cause she's always booked! I went back in today and Quin did my nails. She was super patient and got every detail on every nail that I wanted. She did everything so perfectly. I love my nails and this place is my go-to now. I've been to four other places in the area and nobody is as nice and talented as everyone at posh.

Just went to have my birthday nails done with KC. Fabulous again...like everytime. Baby sage green for my b-day☺

Helen, my go-to nail technician for sets, is an absolute gem. Her attention to detail and skillful technique always leave my nails looking flawless. Even the simple sets, I always get complimented. Moreover, the entire team excels in providing top-notch pedicures, ensuring that every aspect of my nail care is handled with precision and care.

Went to posh for the first time today .made an appointment which is best .Had a pedicure which was 10 out of 10. Had Kacy to do my nail and let’s just say she is above the bar!!! Already scheduled for two weeks from now .she can do any design you give her .cant wait to go back .Finally have my forever nail salon .

I have been going here for 2 years. They always do there best to fit you in. I love my pedicures. I've tried several others and none have done a better job than here. They give you a wonderful heated herbal wrap along with awesome massage chairs and a great choice on types of pedicures.

Love this place! I have been going there for years Chris has the best customer service very professional and polite. Queen and Helen do such an amazing job, very creative and great customer service! I highly recommend Posh Nails in Garner!
