I was in need of some advice and help shipping some packages.
Did I ever come to the right place! Racquelle was not only great at her job but was very pleasant which made my experience one I'll never forget. You deserve 6 stars !! Thank you again for everything!

I have been using this store for a while now. It’s always been 5/5 but we recently have had new ups employees serving us. I was a little hesitant only because the service from the original team I knew was sooooo good. Well I have had a little while to observe and am happy to say that I am IMPRESSED. We all know how important customer service is especially with our younger generation coming into the workforce. I was helped by Cheyenne, I had 15+ boxes that each needed addresses and labels created individually. She was very patient and kind when helping me, 12/10 🙌🏻 Because I was there for a good 15 minutes, I noticed that Quinton was very personable with each customer that came in and was genuinely happy to help each one. Caitlin was busy making sure everything was in working order and went above a customers request to help him. It was a VERY pleasant day at our local UPS store. If you’re considering stopping by this location, you should!

This UPS store is convenietly located near my home but more importantly is the Amazon return process that the store utilizes. It is usually very quick and painless. The personnel are friendly and helpful.

I came to the store for a quick drop off, Quinton was quick to service me and helpful with a lot of my questions. He has potential of a team leader. The facility was clean as well.

Love it for my Amazon returns. People are friendly. And the most important thing everyone that works there have a smile and all my returns have been hassle free 😀😀😀

Johnny is amazing. Nicest guy and super helpful! Helped me print some birthday invitations from a file I bought off Etsy. Very knowledgeable. Got it done super fast too. Will definitely reach out to him again for my printing needs.

I visit this location every now and then. The past three visits I was assisted by Johnny. I deal with multiple people with terrible attitudes daily but Johnny is absolutely a breath of fresh air! I wish the world was full of people like him! He is very friendly and professional! I hope this establishment appreciates this employee because I do! Thank you Johnny and Keep up the good work!

Johnny was awesome today and made sure my packages would 100% be sent out without an issue and I greatly appreciate his patience! all staff was very friendly and quickly assisted everyone that came through the store. :)

Johnny is so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. Despite of the busiest days and lines through the door, ha goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner. His professionalism is what makes my nearly weekly experiences at the store very efficient and enjoyable.

I go to this UPS store all the time. They are always fast and super friendly. This last visit I met Johnny and he just made my visit so personal and enjoyable. The whole staff is just nice and helpful and they are very efficient. I am always in and out quickly.

This location is extremely convenient for me to mail packages and return things to Amazon. It is so well staffed I rarely wait. Today Johnny held the door open and then handled my package. They also have a great collection of cards and attractive boxes and envelopes for sending special packages.

This is my favorite UPS Store of the past 4 states I've lived in. Everyone behind the counter is customer service oriented and very pleasant. Johnny always seems to have the best advice for me about how to mail my weird-shaped items and has a great, wry sense of humor.
If the line to be helped seems long, it's because the store's square footage makes it look that way. Don't worry, it goes fast. Just don't be one of THOSE people and park in front of the door and block traffic to unload your packages. Unless you're 70 or shipping anvils, you can make a couple of trips from your legally parked car into the store with your boxes. Heck, I'll even help if you ask. 😁

This is by far the best UPS Store I've ever been to. Racquelle and Johnny's customer service is without a doubt perfect. They have gone above and beyond to help me!

I had a very large package without my packing slip 2 days before Christmas. Haylee was patient and kind as could be. She helped me get it all together with the sweetest disposition! I know she will be successful in all she does with such a kind attitude!

Service has always been great in this store. I needed a 20 page project printed and bound. Johnny was very helpful on both of my visits to help me get this look very professional. EZ to drop off Amazon returns too...

Johnny was the most efficient & friendly ups counter guy I've ever had at this location! I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Make sure you do everything you have to & keep Johnny at this location & happy!

This is my go to UPS store for returning merchandise. Plenty of parking and friendly reps. Johnny assisted me with a return of my previous internet provider equipment and provided great customer service. He also gave me good advice to keep my receipt forever!

I needed to have something notarized for work and I ran into the ups store after the time they perform the service. Johnny was a big help and he was so kind to me. If I could personally give him 5 stars I would!!!!
