A great place to get gas never given my car an issue

Need a little training in customer service

Nice attendants. New gas pumps. Most disgusting men’s restrooms in the world.

Had difficulty using the "plenti" card at the pump & the pump didn't seem to recognize the credit card either. I am not a frequent Exxon customer & have never used a "plenti" card before. I went in & told the cashier the card didn't seem to work & she told me the "that pump don't take cards" I asked her what she meant as there was no sign on the pump stating it was out of order or anything of the such. She elaborated telling me it only takes some cards, I told her it didn't recognize the rewards card, she told me, "it don't take debit cards" I tried again to explain it didn't recognize the REWARDS card & additionally it did not seem to recognize the CREDIT CARD I was using. She just looked at me blankly, eventually saying she couldn't do anything about it & I should try another pump. I asked her if that pump wasn't taking cards & she again told me it only "takes some cards", my frustration mounting I asked if there are cards they do not take & she said they "take all cards but that pump don't" I told her I wasn't trying to be a jerk but if the pump isn't taking cards didn't she think it would be a good idea to put a sign on it saying that? She said, "I don't know, you can try another pump" Well I did & IT WORKED just fine. I also put a sign on the pump that wasn't taking cards letting others know that it wasn't taking cards & that the cashier either didn't care or was too lazy to put a sign up herself.

I'D with I have her lol I use to do my business there lol then I called and asked her and she was rude and hung up lol. What a business.
