AMAZING experience! I can NOT express enough the excellent customer service I received from Mark and his team at the Nashville location. I bought my Infiniti QX56 site unseen based off of pictures and after talking with Mark about the history and condition. I traveled 5 hours from Ohio and immediately fell in love with the vehicle as soon as I saw it in person and after I drove it. I recently purchased a 2011 Lexus IS250C from Cox Motor Co. In Nashville. The transaction was smooth and flawless. Unfortunately on my way home, after owning the car for 3 hours, I was in an accident. I was heartbroken to say the least. I called Mark at Cox Motor Co. and asked him if I could have the car towed there, till I could make arrangements to get it home, 240 miles away.
He was more than cordial and even arranged a transport company to get my car home.
