Wonderful ladies on the night shift. Always nice and attentive. I live for excellent customer service and they deliver.

Earl is awesome! He seriously made my whole month! If I could I would give him 6 stars. Management, you need to give him a raise and tell him Tracie said “hi” and “thank you again”

The staff are friendly, the store is kept clean and organized, and stocked up with everything you might need. The food is alright, but the slurpees. They're so good.

Love the place people are great here.😀

Convenient

NOT 24 hours. Half the time they're closed by 11pm or earlier. Never had a problem with staff. But don't say 24 hours if it's not.

I stop there daily and yesterday morning I bought two packs of cigarettes and the put regular instead of menthol in the bag with out me noticing. When I tried to change this morning they refused to switch. Very unprofessional in general.

I called 9/10/23 @7:50 pm to ask if they still make pizza. A woman answered and very rudely said I don't know and hung up.
Ppl that live in my apt complex always complain about the women that work there saying how rude and racist they act.

Came in at 5:30 AM on Monday, to get a cup of coffee. They have four very fancy coffee machines that grind the beans at the top. To my surprise all four machines were out of anything other than decaf and dark roast. I went to ask at the cashier who then asked the manager that was kneeling at the safe. The manager looked up and said no. No apology, no we ran out and we’re waiting on the order, nothing. Just seems like they don’t want to be there.

No Cold drinks. The cooler was hotter than the store. I did purchase a item $3.91 total. I gave the cashier $5.00 he handed me back $1.00. Then said I have no charge. I looked in the cash drawer yep no coins at all. I’m was speechless. Took the dollar and any money I WOULD HAVE spent there again with me.

Looks like the owner reads this, so hopefully he can help. Short story I was charged duplicate charges of 34.75 on August 20th one was to be voided as told to me by the cashier. I stopped there today, the 23rd to checkon it and the supervisor in charge there was entirely rude about it. She did eventually take my information to relay to her manager, but she won't be in until Thursday, would like it credited to my account quickly! Definitely never stopping there again! 9/26/22 Still waiting for refund, now they are telling me they can’t find the transactions, well my bank statement show 2 debits to my account, stealing 34.75 from me, shame on 7-11, I will take this further, you can bet on it. Hope you are embarrassed when you are on the news over this

They charge more, I'm not being racist but I think they take advantage of the fact that many of us are Hispanic and they charge us more, they don't give us the receipt or they just round up the total and if you ask them where your change is, they say without penalty I don't have coins, they are very despotic and rude, they are Hispanic and I have to go to that store to load diesel but I don't like it at all that they charge for other things or simply don't give change, even if it's 25 cents

That assistant manager cashier lady has issues.

Absolutely the RUDEST staff EVER!! The assistant manager Keisha was hateful and disrespectful to me. I was trying to cash in some scratch-offs and she was ANGRY the clerk helped me. She said, "If I'd seen her comin' in with those darn things, I ain't doin" them" She would talk under her breath to me and I would say excuse me what? and she said in a sarcastic voice that she was talkin' to her clerk. She wasn't wearing a name tag, so I had to ask her her name and she bobbed her head back and forth and said, "It is Keisha, honey I am the assistant manager here, that shock you?" I was finally checked out after 18 minutes and her making remarks to me. It was 11:00 am 3/15 when I came in and hot to my car about 11:20 am. AVOID THIS STORE, the new MAPCO on Harding/Troutdale or down the road on Nolensville has GREAT service!!! Do better 7-11!!!!!!!!!

I have a hard time getting coffee here. They also have a homeless people problem.

The staff in the front rude! They talk to customers with so much disrespect like your in jail. Next time I make a drink stop is going to be with corporate. Avoid this place! The owner would be proud!

The bathrooms where closed.
Half of the items in this store did not have price.
The Cashier decided that now great time to rant about her ex not having a car and she could be heard rather clearly though out the entire store.

Not actually 24/7 like advertised. I don’t know if it’s staffing problems or what but trying to walk in at 10:30 only to have the guy behind the register waiving me off and the guy in front of me find out the doors were locked.
