We were in need of a refrigerator and the whole experience in both purchasing and having it delivered was excellent. Our sales person Debbie was very helpful in assisting us in finding the refrigerator that we needed. We had to have a 33 inch instead of the standard 36 inch refrigerators now. The crew that delivered and set up the refrigerator were very courteous, professional, and friendly. The installation was very smooth. I appreciate the fact that they have their own employees do this instead of contracting it out. I would definitely purchase from them again when looking for another appliance.

Top notch service from the sale to the delivery. Our order was delivered - in the rain - up the stairs - perfectly. They took their time, and really considered the door space. Debbie in sales - professional, excellent follow-up and communicator. The coordinating of the install (microwave) with the delivery - spot on.

Shopping at Garner Appliance and Mattress is like shopping with family! New fridge and microwave work and look amazing. Delivery crew did a great job! Took their time to make sure everything was brought in, set up and installed properly with great attention to detail with going through doorways, over rugs and around obstacles. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant by-phone purchasing experience. Got right through with a sales person. Chris quickly confirmed they had the appliance I wanted to buy in stock. In under 10 minutes I had purchased the washer I wanted and was all set.

Ty Baker was very helpful. Every encounter I had with him was pleasant. I did my purchase over the phone and email. This was my second purchase from Garner appliance. I purchased a washer and dryer a few years back. Refrigerator came in earlier than expected, and I was thrilled. The delivery men were very nice. The appliance they were taking away was very large, and they handled it. They did have to take my door off. They were very pleasant through the whole experience. I am definitely a repeat customer. Our built in microwave over Range went out after 8 1/2 yrs (bought the house as new build). Garner Appliance had GE one similar to what we had but larger interior & it was on sale for a great price! We purchased it & they arranged to have someone pick it up & come install it! Installer was great & completed install amazingly fast!

I've purchased my washers and dryers from Garner Appliance twice and there prices and service are unmatched. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing any large appliance. I don't usually rate anyone online, unless I get great service and complete satisfaction and I did with Garner Appliance on both counts.

When my appliances caused more kitchen renovation than I expected to manage on my own, Ty at Garner was incredibly patient and helpful! He guided me through measuring, ordering and having a new Wolf range and SubZero installed, as well as figuring out a new vent hood. When I informed him of a family situation and asked about getting my refrigerator in quicker, he helped me and was able to get in much sooner than anticipated. I’ll go back to Garner and Ty for every other appliance I need!

We recently purchased a washer from Garner TV after several disappointing experiences with the big box stores. It was such a breath of fresh air to deal with actual people that wanted their customers to be satisfied. Debbie helped us and it was so nice to sit down and have her walk through the purchase with us. The delivery man (didn't catch his name but he's the main one and has been with them 15 years) went over the top to get the machine installed. They will forever be my go-to store for appliances.

Staff was efficient and knowledgeable. We knew what we wanted and the salesperson was able to provide us with all the info we needed. Delivery and setup were as planned. Good job!

I wandered into Garner Appliance and was very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge of the sales person regarding a new dishwasher in November 2022. We ended up with a Beko and it works great! Prices are competitive. Recently, we decidedly to upgrade our 24 year old washer and dryer and also had a fantastic experience. We decided on a pair of Electrolux and the entire experience was great as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, knowledge and communication. I was surprised upon delivery that I had to pay a separate delivery, installation, take away fee to a company they contract with. I didn't ask if it was included and they didn't say so I'm not faulting anyone, just be aware that it's a separate fee. Great experience from ordering to installation.

Received my backordered refrigerator early and they made sure to prioritize getting it to me quickly since I did not have a refrigerator. I highly recommend them over other companies such as Best Buy/Lowes. I had kept receiving damaged ones from other companies as they outsource delivery. Garner Appliances protected my house with furniture covers and really took their time installing the appliance.

Great folks to deal with and Sam Fransen really knows his appliances. We highly recommend them, we bought a Bosch Refrigerator, Wine Cooler, Induction Cooktop and GE Proline Washer/Dryer.

Buying new appliances is stressful and expensive but it helps to have a friendly local company to help. Garner appliance was recommended so many times on Nextdoor so I figured it wouldn't hurt to go by and take a look. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and there was no high pressure sales, just knowledgeable staff ready to help. I had a weird situation and they had no problem accommodating my request and mind changes 😂
I would absolutely recommend them and I will go back when I need a washer and dryer.
