The best electrical company I have ever worked with. They were beyond accommodating to everything I needed and the last minute timeline that I had. The price was very reasonable and they even adjusted it for me once I made some last minute changes. Harmon, Daniel, and Craig were who came out to my job site and they were professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. If you’re looking for an electrician in this area I would recommend them 10 times out of 10.

I needed my Generac Generator serviced, and contacted Wayne Electric based on the reviews I read. The service person that came out was Dave. He was absolutely great!! Professional, nice, and good attitude. He explained everything step-by-step and made sure we knew exactly what he was doing! As he worked, we talked about the good old days when we were young, and just had a great conversation! Thank you Dave for your professionalism & a job absolutely well done!

Not a large project but an important project that was completed professionally. They also offered options that expanded the use of our garage. Did exactly what we expected. No fanfare just perfect.

I want to thank Clay for his professionalism when I called because lights in my house were flickering. He suggested that I contact Duke Energy first to see if the problem was on their end BEFORE he sent one of his people out. The problem was in fact the meter base/ neutral connection and now everything is working great. The next time I need an electrician, he will be my first call. Thank you, Clay!

These folks came out same day despite not having any availability until about a week out. They called me and said they had an opening and asked if I wanted them to come now and of course I said yes.
The gentlemen that came in were professional and focused. They got the job done right and I am very happy with their service.

I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Wayne Electric Company. Last summer, just prior to a hurricane, they came to my home and wired it for a stand alone generator to run my house. The technicians were very knowledgeable and totally professional. Based on their timeliness and performance I should have written this review then. It’s the work they’ve done for my 88 year old Mom that prompted my comments today. On three separate occasions in the past six months my Mom has lost power at her home. She lives alone and being without power is not just inconvenient, it is dangerous for her. None of these situations were due to an area wide outage, but specific issues in her older home. In each situation Wayne Electric responded quickly to restore her power and alleviate her fears. In every case she had power back before dark. My only disappointment is that the review ratings are limited to Five Stars. They belong at the very top of the rating scale. They’re that good!

My first encounter with the owner, Jason Pate III was a BLESSING! No time for the long version story, but I reached his office after close of business hours on a FRIDAY! his immediate attitude was not of the obvious fact, but let me see if I can help you ... when I told him the situation, he asked for the address of my 88 year old father and said "I'll stop by on my way; let him know I'll be in a white truck" - a Godsend!

He resolved the immediate danger on the spot, step in to communicate with the insurance company, when it was determined they wouldn't cover the NECESSARY preventive work he'd recommended be done, we of course hired him to do said work which he worked around schedule coordination (I live in a different state), the Christmas holiday, COVID protocols, worker wore masks, etc. to still get the project completed in a timely manner.

Each of my engagements with Jason and his staff was both professional and pleasant. His desire to get my father taken care of properly and managing the cost was Jason's priority throughout.

It goes without saying that I would gladly recommend or refer Wayne Electric Co, Inc without hesitation based on my experience. I am so grateful for Jason picking up the phone that Friday - he was truly a 'ram in the bush' for me and my family on that day.

Wayne electric came highly recommended to me , by a number of people in my community. Upon completion of a whole house generator project, I too must recommend their services. Professional, knowledgeable , and took charge of all aspects of the project, which included working with my propane company. They were gloved and masked, for the inside work. Everyone was polite and informative. New to the area, thrilled to have an electrical company, I have the confidence to call for ALL my electrical work.

I have called & used Wayne Electric many times. Having worked in IT now for nearly 20 years, I have been in situations where I need competent workers quickly; not 2-3 weeks later. I specifically remember calling them on a Friday afternoon & they arrived in 20 minutes to fix the problem. The bottom line is, I highly recommend Wayne Electric & have no intentions of using anyone else; especially when I am constantly getting fantastic, knowledgeable & professional workers each & every time I need them.

Highly recommend this company for anyone looking residential work. They are on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Worked with Clay on an issue I had with our home and they were able to get me squared away quickly and answered any questions I had.

Real professional and great price

WEC was a delight to work with! I called in needing a couple light fixtures replaced, and within a week they were already out here— the crew that came out was so sweet, and profesional—no wonder the company has been in business for so long! They finished the job WITHOUT A FLAW!

Wayne Electric came out on short notice (called Thursday and came Friday) when the lights in both bedrooms went out unexpectedly. They came out and handled the situation perfectly, and the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be using Wayne Electric for all of my electrical needs.

The service men that came out were so nice and helpful. They got my fan installed no problem, and got it done fast! They even made sure to clean up after themselves.

I highly recommend this company. Very responsive and reliable. Technicians and all staff that I communicated with were friendly and knowledgeable.
