@4:15 on Friday I called BOK to see how to get a new debit card. Security had told me mine had been used by someone and they would mail me a new card. It hadn’t come by Friday so I needed to drive to my local branch and get one.
Erin helped me know what to do by phone. So I drove in, couldn’t find my , driver’s license . She patiently waited while I searched my purse, the car , etc. once I found it she made my new debit card. She stayed pleasant through the whole process. Very gracious.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bank of Oklahoma for over 20 years. I can always rely on their staff to be courteous, and helpful, whether in person or on their 24-hour hotline. BOK does an amazing job battling against scams and hackers. Thank you BOK!

While waiting in line, I overheard new 96th BOK Branch Manager, Kyrsten, describing a rough Monday start (flat tire in the rain) in the most pleasant way imaginable. She then listened to my banking needs for a solid 15 min and had a solution less than an hour later....Solid.

This was the first drive thru bank that was fast,no waiting in line less than 5 min., the teller was very personable and courteous! Plus this is a great location for me. Finally I can say I have found the right location for me!

We had prepared for my mother's incapacity months ago, when the time came ...the bank executed perfectly. For what more could one ask? Mom has a long term relationship with Bank of Oklahoma. We're proud to know them, and our lives are better for it!
