When I tell you these guys work hard and don't mess with you. Legitimately every time I come here, they do good by me. They don't try to oversell me, they don't make up problems to make a sale, they tell it to me straight and fix what needs fixing. And for someone with not a lot of money, that's golden. I live in North Raleigh and drive down to Garner just to get my inspections and other car issues done by them. My parents went to this place when they died, and they'll keep my business until I live too far to limp my car here.

Shame on me. I waited until last minute (literally) to get my car inspected. The first two inspection stations I was familiar with were both closed on Saturday so I found this location and didn't have much of an alternative. The staff were very friendly and got my car in and out pretty quickly overall. I picked up that the same employees helping with the vehicles also run the front desk so if you don't have some reasonable amount of patience than this is not the place for you.

Unfortunately, during the inspection they pointed out to me where one of my tires was severely worn (wires showing) on the inner portion from more than likely an alignment issue and would not pass inspection. The vulnerable area did not take well to the lifting and lowering of my car, split, and began leaking air at an exponential rate. The employees were very kind in recommending a place right down the road that sold discount tires. However, since I had my car previously serviced multiple times prior at the dealership we opted to take it here instead. The employees allowed me to park my car in their lot to wait for a tow truck. As the two truck was going to take a minimum of three hours I opted to have them put on the spare tire instead so I could drive myself to the dealership. They were able to get my car back into the bay in rather quickly to swap out the tires. The dealership strikes again! Bought my car certified used with an apparent spare with a nail in it so that too wasn't holding air. The employees kindly plugged the spare, recommended staying off the highway, and provided me directions from my current location to the dealership I was headed.

My entire adventure at this station was around two hours and the employees were all very helpful and accommodating throughout my unpleasant debacle. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone with vehicle repair/auto shop needs!

They inspect my vehicle annually and for incidental issues as they arise. I've been going to them for many years. They know me personally and they make sure all my issues are resolved. I would not go anywhere else.

Been bringing my work truck/van here for a few years now and have absolutely no complaints, they always get me in and out quickly with no problems, polite, waiting room has plenty of seating and great ac/heat. I would highly recommend!!

I've been taking my truck to this company for the last three and a half years. They're extremely fast with great work ethic. They have a small but air-conditioned Lobby that you can sit in and wait for your vehicle to be fixed. They pleasant to talk too and if they are going to take a lunch they'll let you know what's a good time to come back with your vehicle. It's difficult to call them because they're always working. But other than that I take all my vehicles to them and all the employees recognize me. Thank you very much for taking good care of my truck and my timeframe!

Great place. Staff is friendly and helps you right away. Went in for a car inspection and it was not a long wait at all. Will definitely be going back again.

I've been using this shop for several years, so I'm happy with Hector and Mike and crew. I trust them. Prices are fair, on the low side, but always in line. Alternators, shifter replacement, oil changes, alignment, electrical repair, side mirror replacement -- whatever comes up on my vehicles they do. Trust is the key to my repeat business with Hector.

Wonderful service! Got my inspection done here. Window tints covering in the front is illegal. The one star review makes no since.
