Dillon County Magistrate

I live in North Carolina, I drove 2.8 hours to attend court. You are not allowed to take your phones in, which is not a problem, but there are no signs telling you to not bring them in. The two ladies at security were really friendly. That is why I am giving them at least one star. There was no trial! Charles Spivey is the judge that attended us, he hesitated to give me his name. I could not tell, he was a judge since he dressed in GOLF SPORTWEAR ATTIRE and a white sports cap on. I was dressed in slacks and a blazer (Suit). I've never been to any courthouse like this, not only was the judge rude, he did not follow the statute (law). The ticket was for speeding 69mph in 60mph zone.The odometer was not working, so i wanted to go to trial but NEVER HAD ONE because police officer was not there. He said "Pay the ticket, it's ONLY 2 points on your record, or come back for your trial and call before coming so he can be here". So i ended up paying the fine because I am unable to get days off easily. Be careful driving in Dillion County. This county magistrate was UNETHICAL. (wish I had a camera to show proof of his lack of professionalism and attire)

They are very ruled especially the blond head men up there and they act like they don't wasn't to assist and help poor poor attitude towards the public if you dont like working with the public find another job cause it ain't for you
