Corbin's Grille

We had a nice, quiet dinner on NYE and the experience was very good. Great potato appetizer, good beer selection and the full bar is nice. We shared the Steak Alfredo, which was noteworthy and delicious. A creme brule for dessert and that's quite a meal!

Superb service. Love the jazz music and vibe. Great experience.

Corbin's Grille was a wonderful surprise! We are so glad that we decided to try a dinner out there. It was fantastic. The first thing that you will notice when you walk in is the amazing smell of wood-fired smoke. The grill master is working the stake and chops at a big window. It's fun to watch the magic happen. The appetizers and entrees were delicious. The steak and pork chops had just the right hint of "smokiness". Come hungry!

I had a pretty incredible meal. The Pot Roast was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. I really loved how they plated the salad and it was just terrific.

Bone in pork chop with loaded baked potato and grilled asparagus!! So delicious. The service is always spot on as well!

This was the best steak I have ever had. The waiter was so helpful and very kind. When I arrived with my date everyone was considerate and polite. The artichoke dip was amazing, the salad even better and then the main course. Wow just wow. I have never had better! After that the dessert was superb. With no flaws at all. Over all this establishment deserves 7.5 stars! Thank you so much for making my date night a memorable experience.

I had the best meal of my life here, and I'm not exaggerating. I was so impressed with the sheer fine quality of everything I tasted. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks first, which arrived fast and were blended perfectly. Our waiter also brought us some warm rolls. I ordered the Salmon Chowder for my starter, which was unlike any soup I've ever tasted. The waiter recommended the Chilean Sea Bass with Butternut Puree for my entree and I was so glad he did! Everything was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The menu here is pricey, but for good reason. It was was so worth it and we will be back again!

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed everything. We had been to Corbin's once before but had forgotten the name. I looked it up on Google and was even able to reserve a table online which was fantastic for a Saturday night around 5:45. We made it there and were seated immediately instead of having to wait. My wife ordered the Ribs and I had Prime Rib... Both cooked to perfection. Tender, moist and at a great temperature. On the side we had both ordered the wood grilled asparagus, which was also fantastic. Perfect temp, light sea salt and olive oil; flavor perfectly blended. Our server, Kelly, was also fantastic, attentive polite and the right amount of unwarranted humor, he was very refreshing. Finally, the amount of food we got was ridiculous, in a good way. Despite spending a little north of $100 for two of us, it was absolutely worth it. Would we go again, absolutely without question. Thank you.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I skipped the craisins on my steak, but kept the blue cheese. 😉

I don't know what is going on with these reviews, but the food quality and taste were outstanding! It was expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for! People complaining about portion size can't appreciate the idea of "quality over quantity". My wife and I shared chicken wings, the house salad, and the French Cut Chicken entree. Everything was sooooo good! I would highly recommend this place!

Update: my wife and I went here for our 5 year anniversary, since the prices make hard to come too often, and the food was once again amazing! My wife had the chicken again and we each had house salads. I had the fillet mignon and it was hands down the best steak I've ever had! The mango salad dressing is unbelievably delicious and once again, the food was pricey, but worth every penny!

My family has visited the Brigham City location several times and have been impressed every time. The food is reasonably priced and very good. The service has always been friendly, professional, and timely. I was moved to post a review because last night the restaurant was jam packed, I mean not an open seat to be found. We were seated in about 15 minutes and thought you could see the staff weren't really prepared for such a rush they stepped up and I didn't notice a drop in service at all. Food was still excellent and our server stayed on top of the drinks in spite of being super busy.

I took a good friend here to celebrate his retirement. I'm vegan ... so I was a bit nervous about finding something I could eat. The vegan pasta was amazing!!! Granted it was about $15.00 .... but WOW! Very good ... and always a nice atmosphere. I wanted to lick the bowl. :) I've not eaten at Corbin's since I went vegan about 1.5 years ago, but will definitely be back. Smart to include something tasty for us wacky vegans.

This place is great! I was in Layton for a work event and ate at Corbin's twice during my stay. The service is courteous, lunch prices are VERY reasonable, and everything is made in house! The food is truly delicious (especially the chicken pesto sandwich!). In addition to great food and great service, they have a buy one get one lunch deal every Wednesday! I would definitely visit again!

Great food. Friendly fast service. The restaurant is decorated very beautifully. Wait staff seemed to get along very well. They were friendly with each and joking around while still doing a great a job. The overall environment was exciting and splendid.

Oh my Gosh! If you want a memorable dining experience, you must experience Corbin's!!! The people are wonderful. The service is outstanding! Then there's The food. It is cooked over a wood fire giving your meal a touch of smoke but not too much! Best Salmon I have ever experienced in a restaurant. The Rib-eye Steak melts in your mouth...perfection! The chef has a variety of specials each night aside from the menu items. Not your ordinary steakhouse menu! The chef is outstanding, a world class chef. He creates amazing, unique meals for you. The deserts are "off the charts" delicious! The restaurant is beautifuly finished, including a waterfall about 20 feet long, falling over a glass wall, to be seen from both sides. Unique, comfortable booths giving some privacy for those special moments. I took my wife here on our first date! Hmmm! You must experience Corbin's. Its addicting!

Absolutely one of the best places to eat in Utah! From the high class vibe with the water fall center divide and comfortable seating and the service is amazing! The food is so unique and so good it's hard to find this type of menu style in Utah. The carrot ginger soup was divine and the main meal of chicken over mashed potatoes with red sauce was cooked perfectly tender and fall off the bone! Love this place!

I've been twice now - ordered the seafood rissoto the first time and a ribeye the second time. The service was excellent both times, the food was flavorful and large portions. The creme brulee wasn't the best. Overall, 5 stars. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area.

I love the ambiance here, from the cozy booths to the waterfall glass in the center. Excellent for date nights. Food is always amazing, service is professional and courteous. Spinach and artichoke dip is a great way to start here!

We LOVE going to Corbin's as often as we can. It is our absolute favorite date night!!

Their menu is great and we love trying their delicious specials (it's often hard to decide what to order). We are never disappointed.

This was my first visit to Corbin's and I will be back. The ambiance is lovely (water wall is beauitful, booths are very confy and private) and would be perfect for a business lunch or a date. Service was wonderful and very accommodating to my small children (Although I wouldn't say it is a kids restaurant, they did have kids cups and a small kids menu, but no crayons or anything).

We got the soup of the day- salmon chowder- and it was delicious ($3 for a bowl). Also, the teriyaki chicken burger and chicken carbonara were great. The bun was very fresh and tasted homemade. Food was served especially quickly (we came in between lunch and dinner and was great. Excited to return and try more of their lunch menu (reasonably priced, around $7-13?). Portions were generous.

At the time I went, they were doing a lunch special M-F: buy one lunch entree and two drinks and get another entree free.

The new menu is very impressive you have everything from appetizers sandwiches two steaks I applied the new management for their work and vision creating a relaxing place to eat a snack or full meal. The service is also outstanding don't let the name fool you it is a major step up from what it was under its previous management
