Everyone is very nice and professional. Their work is done in a timely manner. And they do a wonderful job. I really like my nails and they do an excellent pedicure. You will feel great afterwards. Highly recommend Fancy Nails

I have nothing against the folks that work here but my God, if you can never open at 9:00 AM like you advertise on your door, then change your business hours! As you can see, I have been a loyal customer because I continued to endure their unprofessionalism but I’ve had it after today. One time I waited after 9:40 for them to open and then there’s people who have been told to come back from the DAY BEFORE to get their services that they didn’t receive. Smh. THENNN, when they finally do drag in, there’s only 2 employees working. If the first 2 customers are getting nails and a pedi, your day is screwed if you plan on waiting! Hire more employees and be on time or change your hours of service and become an appointment only business. Problem could be solved.

I made an appointment for May 29 at 11:30 am mind you I arrived at 11:05 am I’m waiting and waiting also there are two other people before me who had appointments at 9:30 and 10 then this mother and daughter come in who where told to come back because they were there til 1 am and I guess they were to tired and told them to come back but anyway they came in and they were put in a chair to get service I wasn’t mad one bit about this situation because it was not their fault they didn’t get service so I wait almost two hrs more when these two other ladies came in stating they had appointments for 1 and 12:30 the day before! They told them to go to a chair! Ok at that time I LOST IT and went Off because why weren’t these ladies served yesterday at their time ,well because they left because they got tired of waiting so technically they forfeited their appointment right? So why in the hell would you not make them make another appointment and take your customers who where their already for their appointments and we’re already waiting two hrs past their time. I let them have it marked my name off the list and told them I will never come their again 🤬 they didn’t even deserve the one star I gave them.

I never been here before but I when one time and had fallen inlove(lady in front ) . She did amazing!!!! But I when back for a repair and fil in and someone else did them. I wasn’t happy. This was definitely a learning lesson .

Got my nails done Saturday for mother's day, paid $35 for acrylic tips to be added, my 3 year olds nails were $15... and by Monday my nails looked like s***. My sister in law paid $80 for them to PAINT FRENCH TIPS ON HER NAILS AND GET THEM PAINTED ON HER TOES. No tips were added to either. So a $30 mani/pedi set came out to be $80!! NOT GOING BACK.

Neglects customers. Takes way too long for simple things. Fince waited over an hour just to get fake nails removed.
