Taco Bell

Went there on 12/18/23. We were first directed to use the kiosk to place our order. We were having a little trouble understanding the process since we wanted to modify our choices. That is when Terry offered to help. He took us to the register and placed our order for us. He was great, I wish I had that same customer service everywhere I ate. He is what every employee should be. I am an ex employee of Taco Bell. It's been about 40 years since I worked in a store in Columbia SC. If I had a business I would do my best to steal Terry from here. Great customer service has seemed to disappear since Covid, glad to know it is still here at the Taco Bell in Dillon, SC

The food is always fresh. I use the app to oder. The staff is friendly and polite.

I stopped at this location on my way home to Georgia and at home the taco Bells ALWAYS forget items. This location was very patient with our large order. The lady working the drive thru was very kind. They also made sure every item we ordered was in our bag! Thank you for making an easier trip for us.

Love the new $2 Chipotle ranch chicken burrito. My husband had the new steak and grilled cheese burrito. Both were delicious! Taco Bell is pricier than I remember, but the food is good. 👍🏽

Had a great experience but come on, your starting pay is UP TO $9!?! Company seriously need to do better.

Can't go wrong with taco bell the new grilled cheese burrito with steak and extra rice is what I get everytime. It costs a little over 8 dollars but it's a super massive burrito. The service is always speedy and I like ordering from the kiosks.

Passing through Dillon we stopped at this Taco Bell. Thoroughly impressed with our service. Ordered about 10 special made burritos/chalupas and by the time we finished paying we were handed our bag. It was so fast we were confused as to how it was possible lol. All of them 100% correct. Sunday night @ 9pm those employees deserve a raise.

I had to wait approximately 10 minutes for my order, which wasn't a big concern as I was working on my phone during the wait. A very nice employee Erica asked me if I had received my order yet. I told her no ma'am and she apologized for the wait, proceeded to have my order given to me in the next two minutes, and refunded me! This was easily the best customer service experience I have ever received at a fast food restaurant.

The lady was very nice and the food was made well with enough ingredients, not always the case at all Tacobells.

This Taco Bell in Dillon just hooked me up for real. Only TB that understands what a dollar of extra beef should get me. A little slow but I don’t mind waiting, especially with covid affecting the hiring industry so much. So TB employees if you read this, thank you so much. I was hungry and you did not disappoint.

100 points to the lady who works the drive thru window. She was fast taking our order and was pleasant. Always with a smile on. Keep up the great work! 💪

I don’t usually eat Taco Bell, but I’ve been seeing the Nachos box advertised on tv so I decided to stop by and order the nachos box. The nachos box was pretty tasty and it was made neatly. The girl at the register was friendly, and the guy that made my food made it look so neat. Two thumbs up keep up the good work!!

I love taco bell. The employees were nice even though they were working hard. I received my correct order and the food was great.
