The people that greeted me in the beginning was super friendly. My cash was not going in the machine for some reason but they were patient & began conversing with me while they try to find a solution. So overall, great customer service. The wasn’t was also quick & efficient. The dryer could be a little more efficient, but the car dries naturally as I vacuumed. The vacuums are INTENSE ! Love that. So no biggy.

Variety of washes ranging from $10 to $25. I purchase the $20 wash and was satisfied with the result. The vacuums had decent suction to get the interior clean.

This is a great place to wash your car. Especially with all the extras that they provide such as cloths to dry, interior cleaner, window cleaner, and of course, the high suction vacuum. We use the monthly unlimited washes on all three of our vehicles. highly recommend.

I have a 21 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate 6.2 Ltr and the Take 5 Car Wash on Sunset Blvd does an exceptional job with the undercarriage, fender wells, and keeps my paint conditioned and looking new! I’d recommend this car was too late and new model vehicle owners.

The set up here as far as the washing part goes is awesome. I have rain guards on all 4 windows as well as 2 other spots on my truck that Franks wash wouldn't fully rinse clean of suds. I would have to get out and wipe down these areas. I noticed a considerable difference in the wash quality and coverage. And the provided detail center (complementary towels, glass cleaner, and surface cleaners) is priceless. I highly recommend anyone to try this place out. It actually cleans the vehicle. Even puts tire gloss on for you. I've used at least 4 different locations and can't complain about anything.I do frequent the location across from Lowe's on Hwy 1 and on Hwy 378. The staff are friendly. The places are clean. Just wanted to give those employees a shout out.

Clean car makes you smile and this is the best way to keep that smile going. The location on Sunset in Lexington has amazing vacuum setup to make you feel like a professional and the free use of towels, glass cleaner, interior cleaner, and the mat washer makes this a true self serve auto spa.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Talisha. She was a delight from beginning to end! She didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and send to care about my car as much as I did! (Lord knows I love my Kia! Lol) They got my baby squeaky clean! I will definitely be back!

Love the car wash and the convenience. I use the one on plates springs rd all the time. The only issue I have is the soap never gets washed off my window under my window guards. And also the people standing at the beginning of the wash spraying your car, don’t do a good job of doing whatever they are set out to do.

Great customer service by the sweet lady that was working by herself today dealing with the credit card system being down. She still took care of every customer!! I highly recommend this location!!

First time visiting. The drive thru wash worked better than most. Free vacuuming was great and the free spray bottles and towels for surfaces and windows are a GREAT addition. Highly recommend!

Franks is always great! Quick wash, good quality wash, and the monthly wash club is a great deal if you enjoy having a clean car. The vacuums are always high quality and they even leave out fresh towels and window cleaner. This place keeps our trucks looking clean and fresh! I highly recommend if you are a local to Lexington.

Super fast and efficient, Easy in and easy out. Pay with your credit card. Choose the wash you want then sit back and chill while the car wash pulls you through. There's a place for vacuuming and wiping the car down afterward if you wish, but I just usually drive away. I don't think it's ever taking me more than 10 minutes.

Well maintained. Like the fact they give you towels and cleaning products to use as well.

Excellent job for an express wash, and the car was club price is reasonable. I get my truck washed most every week!
