Responsive! Helpful! Kind!! Uplifting! Loved my experience in the store! The staff were not rushing us out even though it was so close to closing. They brought items to me they thought I might like. They called be by name, even though I only gave 1 person my items for the dressing room, it was as if they all had waited on me personally! I loved the items I purchased!! Great quality!! This was more than just shopping for new clothes, the staff turned it into a fun experience. I have never had this level of personalized attention until shopping with Draper James!!

Reese Witherspoon is my North Star ⭐ & she continues to amaze me, you just know Draper James is run by amazing humans from the top down, my experience at Draper James was top notch & I feel beautiful. It’s hard to explain but a lot of the time as a size 12 I just feel like I’m too “fat” to be in certain stores & when the shops only have xxs-s on the floor you feel dumb even being in there. Not the feeling in Draper James & they’ve made a fan girl for life.

If I could give this place 10 stars would. As soon as I opened the door and walked in, the staff was kind and greeted me. I was extremely pleased to see how extended their size run was. I was able to find my size in pretty much every style. The prices are a little expensive however the quality was amazing and I think I found my new favorite place to shop.

Gorgeous boutique with friendly staff and a smart range of clothing and gifts. Price point was exactly what I expected with their signature totes sitting between $165 and $185. Plenty of small, unique gifts for the roaming tourist and lovely, domestically made clothing so Southern you get sweet tea with it. A fun stop while you're in town - I say can't miss it.

It's like shopping at your best friend's house. The staff is lovely (special shout out to Abbi who was so kind and friendly,) the shop is pretty and you feel right at home. Reese should be proud!

Wonderful service from attentive staff in a cute shop filled with lovely finds. The curation of products is top notch and the women working were kind and friendly. Prices are a bit higher than you may find elsewhere but it is Reese Witherspoon’s shop, after all! We found a few great items on sale and grabbed a book from their well-curated selection!

Really appreciated the friendly customer service at Draper James. When you walk in, the greeter offers you a cup of sweet tea. As you are shopping, someone helps you get all settled and holds a changing room for you when you are ready to try things on. There's a range of sizes and a mix of high and low items. Overall, the atmosphere and vibe is tied together really well from welcome to purchase. I ended up getting a checkered fit and flare dress that I can't wait to wear. The day I purchased the dress was also special because it was Dolly Parton's birthday and a percentage of each purchase went to Dolly's children's book program.

Beautiful store, great products. Purchase a pair of earrings in Nashville and one broke when it fell to the ground. Emailed customer support and they quickly shipped me out a new one. Very impressed. Thank you for taking good care of your customers. Will shop again!

Love this store so much!

We visited last weekend when DJ had a sale going on. Picked up quite some summery stuff for the upcoming season. There was a great variety of spring and summery colors and bright and fresh colors with a wide range of purses, clothes, party favors, shoes, you name it. Being a brand it’s definitely on a higher side in terms of cost. My personal preference and choices were met in terms of shopping for a good summer wardrobe.

Was going to Nashville for Reese Witherspoon event but it got canceled, so I got myself some clothes from her store in Nashville.
What a great store too! I love that it felt as if we were at Reese’s bookclub because there were books everywhere in between the super cute southern looking dresses. Of course, I bought some cute outfits, but also enjoyed the atmosphere and the ladies who took care of me at the register were so cute!
I told the lady I didn’t get to see Reese at the Tpac and she said with her cute accent:” well looks like you turned lemons into lemonade! “

After 2 failed attempts to finally visit Draper James the 3rd time was the charm! Felr amazing walking in and being greeted by these kind, lovely ladies working in the store. Didn't feel rushed while I browsed which was so nice because I needed to look at EVERYTHING haha dressing rooms were well sized and lit nicely. When they rung up my purchase it came in a lovely sturdy white bag and wrapping paper.
Can't wait to come back!

Why didn't I know Reese Witherspoon owned a whole shop filled w/ wonderful clothes & staff. Everything from the location, aesthetic of the shop, & the staff were awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised by how positive my experience was with Draper James. I was on a hunt for the many murals hidden in 12 South when I impulsively popped into this store (I wasn’t originally planning on it). The staff were so friendly and greeted us with yummy sweet tea. As I shuffled through the racks of clothing, I wasn’t expecting to find ANYthing that would fit (because I am a curvy, “plus-sized” person)... but I found MULTIPLE things that fit. It was so exciting! I later discovered that Draper James offers sizes up to 24/XXXL and felt an even deeper appreciation for this store. The prices reflect that of a name brand boutique, so have that expectation going in. I ended up happily leaving with one of the dresses of the sale rack!

I see a lot of comments here regarding prices which Reese has lowered prices as of February this year, 2018.
Many shirts in 39-100 range, dresses as low as 89-400 (for speciality dresses with lots of embroidery, layers etc.)

I think more has to be imported now than before which is a bit disappointing- but I’m glad she does try to stock some made in America items.

I am overall impressed with the quality and the duration of her line and excited to see what she does.
