I live in Columbus, Ohio and every time we come to Nashville, we visit Finnleys. Great prices.

My girlfriend and I came into the store and met Ashley on floor! She engaged with my girlfriend and made her feel so welcome, she made great suggestions to her and made her feel like she was the only person in the store! We have never seen this kind of service in Nashville especially in 12 South, she is an asset to your company and we will definitely be coming back to shop with her and the store. We hope that she is recognised for her service and expertise

Trendy young women’s clothing - moderately priced, great accessories

For the aesthetic and location, I was expecting the clothes to be more expensive, but they were comparable to other stores with fun, bright style. The women at the register weren’t going out of their way to be welcoming, which is fine, but I stood there awkwardly at the counter waiting for someone to ring me up, until I finally had to ask someone else. Maybe that one young woman just wasn’t very aware. It didn’t deter me from wanting to support this cool business! Really fun and unique articles of clothing. I bought a really cool tote bag that says “Babes on Broadway”

Very trendy shop. Cute clothes. Service was friendly and helpful. Did have to wait a long time to check out but overall I’ll go back!

i was visiting a friend in Nashville, so I thought I’d buy them a nice little gift from a local shop. terrible customer service, the lady was so rude, i hate this happened on my first visit. do better!
