Molly Green

The 12th street location just reopened, so my wife wanted to stop by after a meal we had on her Birthday this past Saturday. The staff were really nice and my wife got two items she loved. The prices were really good and she was satisfied with her purchases.

I spoke with manager Allison at the Cool Springs store. Allison was very warm and accepting over the phone. She inspired me to write a review of the wonderful experiences I have had in Green Hills. I’ve shopped multiple times at Green Hills. I’ve always left looking forward to my next visit.
At Green Hills I have worked with Amanda, Jillian, Andrea, and Sydney. Regardless of who I spoke with, I experienced the same kindness, expert product knowledge and patience. I felt as if I belonged there. I had a very comfortable shopping experience at Molly Green/Green Hills, and I would recommend the store to anyone looking for the very best in attentive retail service.

Staff is amazing! I work next door and went in to find a T-shirt on my lunch break. I was greeted as soon as I got in the door by a few different workers. I had a lot of help from Konnie who found me and asked if I needed a dressing room. She also grabbed some extra choices for me after I told her what I was looking for. I ended up buying a cute top that she suggested. So pleased with my experience here!

This was my first time ever walking into a Molly Green store. I found some really cute items that I purchased…but what made the experience even better was the customer service I received from Angie and Sydney. Those young ladies were so nice to me and helpful! And those are the things that make you want to return. Their kindness didn’t go unnoticed.

Molly Green is truly the most welcoming store I have ever shopped at. Everything from the clothes to people are so inviting and leave you feeling so happy like visiting a friend. I encourage anyone who enjoys good company, loves cute clothes, and wants to hangout in the most aesthetically pleasing shop, to stop by any of the 5 Molly Green locations. You won’t regret it! The girls that worked there were so sweet & helpful- they helped me find 2 dresses for my engagement pictures. I was visiting from out of town and realized that one of the dresses had a hole in it when I got home. The management team was so nice & quickly mailed me a new one. Great customer service!

I knew the clothes would be stylish when they revitalized an East Nashville store with an awesome building mural. It breaks my heart I won't be able to see it anymore after the tornado came through and devastated the community but my wife still shops at their other locations and I always enjoy the clothes she breaks home after visiting.

I also enjoy the community events they host. They are great at setting at vibe and their product really reflects that.

At molly green, discovering your own personal style is fun and easy! I have zero fashion sense but I always manage to walk out of molly green with something comfortable and stylish!! I’m a bit bias because I work here but the fact that I’m able to be honest with upper management on how I feel and work alongside amazing and genuine people makes Molly Green a 5 star rating forever.

This is my favorite place to get the best fashion advice from the sweetest employees. Truly a place where any woman of any age can find a perfect outfit.

Nice place

Great selection but poor customer service! Employees just remember that not everyone that enters your store is shopping for themselves. So. Just because I was looking at sizes that would not fit me does not mean that I think that it should. I was shopping for my niece not myself. I clearly know what size I wear and need no help from a young lady to tell me that’s not my size. Management please step up your game and don’t allow employees to judge someone’s because of their size. I will come back when in Nashville and hope to find wonderful customer service.

Very racist do not shop here if you’re African American!! They do not want us in they store we are not welcomed!
