Took my Mom to ER this afternoon d/t low grade temp, cough, and sore throat with episodes of shortness of breath. From the time we entered the lobby, 2 employees immediately assisted my mom in getting her checked in and triaged. I was so impressed with the professionalism and honest care shown to her during the visit. They listened and addressed each issue she had. They truly treated her as if she were a beloved family member of their own. Because of that care, my Mom is well on the way to a full recovery from their diagnosis of pneumonia. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their great care! Thanks SO much!!

Awesome care. I was so very nervous about sending mama to Ear after her passing out. But even with a packed waiting room. They seen her in just a few minutes and ran tests very quickly. The doctors and nurses were very nice and took excellent care of her. Dr. Amid was amazing. Best doctor I’ve encountered in a long time

I went into the er at 12:35 a.m. last night. They had me in a room by 1 a.m. I had this really really sweet nurse named Heather T. She listened to me and was very sweet about the situation. I’ve never met a Dillon County nurse so kind and considerate. If you ever get checked in Dillon Mcleod, I was ask for Heather. She’s such a sweetheart. Thank you Heather 💜

Went to the ER today…. Possible stroke. I was immediately taken to a room and Dr Hamidi came in. His bedside manner and care for his patients is fabulous. The nurses and other staff all are attentive, caring and explain everything they are doing. Thank you Dr Hamidi and staff

It took 5 calls to get my to my mothers nurse. Switch board people on this day pure sucked. Fire every one of them. Rude! Had to get the house supervisor on the phone just to get my mothers nurse. I hope the care she gets from the medical staff is better than what I’ve experienced so far. Due to the customer service I received this is the reason for the bad reviews.

My friend suffers from congestive heart failure. This past week the swelling and fluid built-up became so severe that he tried to seek help at this Dillon facility because he met a doctor that he felt could really help him and get to the source of his problems.
He went through triage and everything and got around to proceeding to get his IV put in. Immediately he knew something was wrong. He told the er nurse ( we will call her that red-headed girl because that is what he calls her), that something was not right. She began to go on about how she has been doing this for years and that she knew what she was doing. Well, as the machine would come on to take his blood pressure it caused severe pain because of the IV. He began to get loud because of the pain and the fact that she would not even consider what he was saying. The altercation between the two became so heated that she ended up throwing the blood pressure cuff across the room, snatching the saline pack that was helping the potassium intake to be less painful, and proceeded to run straight potassium through his arm. You can imagine how painful this was as it burned it's way through his veins. She asked him if he was ready to calm down. Later that morning he ended up leaving where he had been waiting the rest of the night for the doctor.

He returned yesterday afternoon July 16, 2022 because he became desperate because the fluid was not coming off like it should. He had apologized to her before he left previously for getting so angry. It so happens that this same red-headed girl was working triage in the emergency room. We arrived after 6pm. He apologized again when he saw her. He had been waiting for quite a while and noticed every time that she would come to the door, she would glance his way. He sat there for 6 hours before he was informed that somehow (someone) had taken him out of the system and that he would have to sign in again behind all the others who had arrive since then. It so happens that the red-headed girl shift ended around this time. We know that she deliberately kept him waiting and then took him out of the system. This was her "revenge" , I suppose, for getting in trouble with her supervisor for the previous incident. This is why I seek help for myself elsewhere. Where was the compassion and forgiveness. I hope that she feels better because he left once again swollen, fluid leaking out of his legs, and in pain without receiving help. He could not take it anymore. So if you see this red-headed girl, tell her the unjust does not prosper!

HIS LIFE MATTERS!!!
