Cook Out

First time here at Cook Out. The cheeseburger I ordered was great. It tastes just like it does if you cook at your house on the grill. I also had onion rings, and they were good! Friendly staff. Prices are great! For the five of us, it was under 40 dollars! That is fantastic, and we even all got sides and drinks too. The floor and bathroom were a little on the dirty side, though, so 🤷‍♀. I would recommend eating here just for the value alone and the taste.

Went through drive through. Burger was great , fresh onions delicious. Got ketchup and napkins enough to use, unlike McDonalds! First time to eat here, traveling through, but will definitely try again! Loved the scripture on the fry bag!

Driving back to Florida from New York we stopped here for something different than McDonald’s.. I ordered a tray one, chicken quesadillas , fries, cheese bites, a drink and a peach cobbler milkshake.. Omggggg so glad we stopped.. food was delicious.. staff was friendly and atmosphere perfect. Price for 3 of us was around $27.. so worth it..I wish we had one in Florida 😊

Fast service, food is delicious, and friendly staff. They forgot our ranch, but it happens. There is only one drive thru open right now, but it does not slow down service too much. The lobby is still currently closed, so don't stop off the highway hoping to use the restroom and get food in one spot. Fries were great, cooked nice and golden brown. I think their speaker may have some technical difficulties. It was hard for them to hear and accurately take the order.

It was my first time going to one! The lady behind the counter didn't understand what I meant by are the onion rings beer battered but that's ok. Lol honestly for the price and everything was fresh they beat mc Donald by 100 times over. I believe it was 7 or 8 for a whole mean. I got a burger, bacon wrap fries and a drink! The food was good too!

This place is amazing. The drive through line was busy. We waited approx 15 mins to order our food. After our order was placed it only took about 6 mins to get our food. Everything was fresh, hot, and correct. The banana split milkshake is excellent. The photo is of the BBQ sandwich & the old west burger. 3 combo meals(w/2 sides per meal)was approx 26 dollars.
Go visit this place, you won't regret it.

Great, cheap food. Some employees have great service, some not so much, they might be in training. Drove thru. Didn’t go inside.

This was my first time visiting a cookout and I must say the food was outstanding but the customer service experience was even better! The guy I believe he said his name was Lamar, he practically took my order made the perfect shake I’ve ever had he was amazing. He should teach a customer service class. Thanks for a great experience cookout! I would definitely come back!

The staff here are awesome! We were driving back to NC from Florida, and needed to get out of the car. This location has a dining area so we stopped. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and all around amazing. Thanks for making our stop a memorable one.

Food was as expected. Fries were a little soggy, not cooked enough. They were busy. The guy up front who waited on us did a great job helping everyone by himself.

Okay first, the speed of service was amazing! I’m not sure how often their service is good because I’m from Georgia. but tonight!!!!!!! Amazing. Friendly, clean, i supervised Mcdonald’s before and this store would’ve made me so proud! I could see people cleaning while i waited the 2 minutes to get my food. And it was hot and fresh!!!! This cookout got it right! Good job to you guys.

Great food, music good but ghetto as hell employees being loud with on & off the clock coworkers. Poor customer service on the women who took my order. Took 20 min for 2 blt's & a cheeseburger

Double burger was delicious and the fries were good and hot. Service was outstanding.

Ms.JA'Den Was Extremely Polite Kind Helpful And Very Patient. Outside Parking Area Was Very Clean Inside Restaurant Was Also Very Clean. Staff Was All In A Very Profesional And Friendly Didn't See Anyone Without A Smile On Their Face.

Food was fresh and the service was fast and friendly- No complaints whatsoever! Also, We've eaten at several "Cook-Out" locations and so far this is the only location we've seen that offered an indoor dining room and outdoor dining area as well. Typically these establishments only have a drive thru so I figured I'd mention it. Overall great location with great food and fast service. We have no complaints and would visit again!!

The cheeseburger was very good, right off the grill. I also enjoyed the hush puppies. The staff were very friendly. I would return.

Love the food and district manager is so way cool. Yes I'd recommend it to anyone who wants laid back,easy going atmosphere,and they take there time to get your order right. 5 star is how I feel. Go give it a try! You will love it too.

The food was so insanely cheap and the shakes were so insanely good. It was busy and smelled kind of weird but I do not care because my shake was from another reality. And then there’s an easy way to solve the problem...get it to go! I think they have 40+ types of shakes or something crazy? I’m definitely coming back, and this location is on my drive to college so, see you in May!
