CarMax

This was my first experience with CarMax and it was excellent! From the valuation process that started before I even took my car in, to the fast and easy check-in upon arrival, the processing of the offer and then collecting my check and being on my way, the whole process was simple and surprisingly fast. I didn't purchase a car but judging from the selling process I will definitely start there next time I am in the market for another vehicle. Oh and I would say this must be a great company to work for as ALL the employees we encountered we friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend CarMax!

We had a really great experience, I had done research online, picked out the three models I was interested in, and made an appointment to go models they had in stock. The salesman was very nice and helpful and did not try to pressure us at all. When we returned home, I did more research and we decided on the model and even the specific car we wanted. They arranged to have it shipped from another CarMax out of state. The car is perfect!

Employees were attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Gave me all the info I needed and answered all my questions. The online shopping experience was incredible, I had my new car within a week from choosing it and I will highly recommend CarMax to friends and family!

I filled out the online appraisal, and was offered 8000.00. I set an appointment and went to the dealership. I was wondering if they were on the level, but realized from the moment I arrived the were very welcoming. I left my car for evaluation and waited in their waiting room. Everything checked out with my car and they gave me a check for the full amount. What I liked about this process, besides the people, is that they gave me the offer, good for seven days. I didn't wait, and finalize the paperwork and left. Everything was complete in 30 minutes. Kudos to Carmax

I spoke with friends who had very good experiences purchasing their cars from CarMax and this gave me the confidence to begin working with them. I had the very good fortune to get help from Ennis Said who's comfortable friendliness, patience and consideration made the whole process comfortable and easy. With Ennis, there was absolutely no pressure. He listened carefully to me, asked the right questions and helped me find the car that I wanted. I think it's important to share our positive experiences with our community. Trust is very important and when a person or business earns my trust I want to let others know about this.

I just recently purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey. I was informed by my coworker that they noticed some blue smoke coming from my van when I took off. I took it back to CarMax they checked it out and sent it to the dealership (Crest Honda) who did an excellent job in the repairs on my vehicle.
This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from CarMax and I would highly recommend that if you’re looking for a used vehicle go to CarMax where the price you see on the sticker is the price you pay.

I did not purchase the vehicle I wanted from this exact CarMax location because my business partner and I did not come to an agreement over the price and since you can’t negotiate the price with CarMax it is a no deal for now.
However i give this CarMax location 5 Stars rating because of the incredible, and dare I say perfect customer service from Rebekah. She was very pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable. Not to mention a great saleswoman with great respect for the customer. Me. Thank you.

The experience was great they walked me through everything I was so nervous. From the man Brad who helped me over the phone was great . And the salesman at car max was wonderful love my car .

I could not recommend CarMax Nashville more. Yes, they have great cars, good deals and solid warranties, but where they really stand out are their Sales Associates. My husband and I were blown away how incredible both Zay & Abed were. They are next level. So much thanks to them and the Nashville CarMax community.

This is my 3rd purchase with CarMax. This time was exceptional as well. I actually didn’t even have to leave my house. They took my trade in and gave me a good price for it, applied it to my purchase. After signing the documents via email, within a few hours they delivered my new Volcanic Orange 2017 Mini Cooper S. I was so excited. They picked up my car and the deal was done! This Mini is exactly what I wanted and more. Thank you CarMax I will continue to recommend you as I have for the past several years!

Bought a BEAUTIFUL car. We had the absolute BEST experience. Kyle is simply amazing. I don't like to be pushed or hovered over. Kyle knew that's how I felt, but was totally available for any question, I had. It took a couple trips simply because we really DIDN'T know what we were looking for. Then we saw it online. I told Kyle he held it. I went the next morning and perfect! Now I don't know if you are like me but buying a car is NOT on my top things to do. The pressure, the unknown etc. BUT this had to be the very best experience I have EVER had in purchasing a vehicle! THANK YOU!!!

Update 7/25/23.....Took my girl in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a great job!

It was pretty seemless and easy.
It took about an hour and a half to walk out with my check.
I got the priced quoted to me online and no hassles. The young lady that I worked with behind the desk was pleasant and informative.

Carmax was recommended to us by numerous people but we’re “old school” so we visited 3 dealerships. The experiences were predictable and we considered a vehicle from each one. Carmax was our last stop.

We scheduled an appt and met with Nivar. He was chill and we never felt the pressure to buy or go beyond our budget. He spent a great deal of time with us and we decided on an SUV that we love.

I don’t think we’ll ever go to a dealership again.

CarMax made My experience in purchasing a new car very easy and less stressful. The Staff is very Professional, Friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend CarMax to anyone.

I’m happy! Trade my car in for an upgrade and could have pulled off the same night if my insurance agency wouldn’t have closed! So, I went in on Sunday and picked it up for express shipping. Kyle, was my salesman’s and he was very sweet and honest. Kevo the manager was a great help and helped me finalized everything the next day since Kyle was off. Lastly, I forgot her name but she walked me through my deal to sign and explain everything thoroughly. All in all everyone displayed great customer service and made sure I got what I wanted! Also, the African America girl in the business department who walked me through my deal also took some bomb pictures of me and my new baby lol!!!!! Satisfied customer so far!!!

I had the pleasure of selling my car at Carmax today. I was dreading the process but it was so easy and smooth. A well oiled machine. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get over on me and they paid me a very fair price for my vehicle. Highly recommend them and I will be returning

Ezra and Harry were both excellent to work with. Articulate, empathetic, patient, and thorough. Plenty of inventory and help in shipping my choice to Nashville from another CarMax location.
Follow-through was quite evident. Car was delivered fully-detailed.
