I needed help finding a couple of items and the staff was extremely responsive and helpful. I also needed a printer toner refill and couldn’t find one for my printer. I asked an associate and he quickly determined they were out of it and ordered it for me. It was delivered to my house the next morning at not extra cost.

The Staples located on Powell Avenue is amazing. The staff is always knowledgeable and
willing to help. They even listen and smile when the customer has had a bad day and may not be the nicest person. I was aggravated with everything the other day and that solved
my problem. Thank you.

The software that Staples makes available made the design process simple.
The personnel at this location were knowledgeable, courteous and most helpful.
The lead time until my order was ready was actually later the same day.
The bond/quality of the print media was extraordinary for the price, and speaking of price... it was excellent for the quality and service that I received.
Overall, an enjoyable experience and I will be back for all my business print media needs.

Breanna and Nakeisha took a seemingly desperate situation and made it happen. They were so pleasant and kind and accommodating and patient. Truly the dream team and the whole process was so enjoyable because of their help. Would go back anytime for their help on any and every project.

Wendy was very helpful with getting TSA precheck! She got me in and out quickly and was very friendly.

Maddie, working in the passport photo department, was so delightful and professional towards every customer who came in. She’s the best!

I have recently used Staples to print materials for classes I teach on the road in different cities. It's so convenient to use a Staples store in the destination city - send the documents online and when I arrive in the city they're ready to pick up and so ffar always excellent quality and available promptly. I've done this in Nashville, Tennessee, Charleston, SC, and Albuquerque, NM. This is going to be my regular way of doing things!

Found everything I needed the staff was very helpful he even carried my heavy multipurpose paper to the front counter for me.

I found what I wanted easily, the price was right and the checkout was relatively efficient

We had an awesome experience here the last couple days! My husband needed a nice office chair to work from home. We purchased a really good quality Lazy Boy chair, which he loves, and they built it for him for just $20! He loves the chair, and Chris was unbelievably helpful with us. He made sure we got all the possible discounts—even ringing us up a second time when our first cashier forgot about a promotion they were doing to get us an extra $18 off! Being honest, he loves the chair, but the 5 star review is for the service. I haven’t been to staples since college, but we’re planning on getting all of our electronics here from now on, and I’m gonna do my best to get Christmas and birthday presents here too! Y’all are great!

I brought a VERY large print job to this store to print essentially all of our wedding stationary. They were extremely patient and helpful with figuring out the best way to accomplish each of the prints. And they got it all done in less than 24 hours and everything looks great. Really awesome service.

They helped me very much today and had great reccomendations. It was my first time purchasing a printer/scanner and I'm excited about the deal. Then they were giving away free hand sanitizer which is super thoughtful during a time like this. I work within an industry where excellent customer service is a must and the team today made my day!

Since what appears to be changes in management a few months ago, the customer service here has gotten 10x better than it was. The shelves are stocked, it looks cleaner without random stuff just laying around on the floor, and the associates stop what they are doing to help! The associates seem like they have fun while helping too which makes it more enjoyable to shop there.

Kristen from Staples Connect Print and Marketing was a LIFE SAVOR. She was able to pull together marketing materials (posters) that were needed last minute for a tradeshow in a little over an hour. She was communicative and helpful and solved a very last minute problem for our company quickly. We were able to have the posters made and ready for pickup nearest to the tradeshow venue same day. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, helpful staff. Good inventory and was surprised to find some really great deals on items I wasn't even looking for. Would recommend this store for anyone looking for office supplies and much more. Even found espresso K cups on sale. This was my first visit there and will return again.

I went into this location to ship a few packages. (The UPS store on 12th S had a full parking lot due to school being back) so I drove over to 100 Oaks. Nakisha ✨ was AN ABSOLUTE treat! Not only did she help me with packing a vintage vinyl record, she ALSO assisted me with some research on another package, making copies of old photographs, and getting some copy paper. This girl was like running into an old friend.... who I’ve never met.

Things are still upside down, during this pandemic time. But, it’s just refreshing to have someone who is NICE and doesn’t come off as hating their job. I appreciate your kindness and you being at Staples Nakisha.

The pick up Service was fast. I received a call once my order was ready. The gentleman that helped me, was very polite! A good experience!
